Sarah contacted us the day before pick up to confirm details which was much appreciated. Turned up punctually on the day and dropped off as expected. Interesting conversations en route which was a bonus. Excellent service and would recommend.

Goede communicatie via whats app

Great service from Sarah. Received a text from her the day before to confirm all the details. Arrived early and got us to the airport in good time. Very professional and friendly service, would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service- very friendly driver- all worked really smoothly and would definitely book Sarah again.

Sarah picked us up to take us to the airport on the first leg of our journey home. She messaged the day before to let us know where she would be and sent a picture of her car so she would be easily identifiable which was really helpful and reassuring that we would get to the airport on time - great for me as a nervous passenger! We will be booking with her directly for our transfers when we return. She was so lovely and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. Thanks so much Sarah! We will see you soon :)

We could not fault Sarah at all.A couple of days before our pick up from Hotel I received a message from Sarah describing the pick up location and a photo of her Car and Registration plate. On the way to the airport Sarah gave us some very good tips on places to go on our next visit to the Alicante/Benidorm area. She provided a very friendly and reliable service and would definitely recommend.

Sarah sent a text and WhatsApp prior to pick up to introduce herself and a description of the car she would be using and she arrived promptly at pick up time to take us to airport from our hotel in Benidorm, she have some good advie of the local area and transport links ect
Very polite and helpful would highly recommend Sarah and we will be using her again next time we arrive in Alicante

Great pick up experience. 2 days before we were due to arrive we received a text from Sarah introducing herself with contact numbers, pick up details and car details which made the whole pick up so much easier. Sarah was waiting when we arrived with the offer of a coffee if we wanted. The drive to Benidorm was made much more pleasant and the journey soon passed since we chatted from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use Sarah again as it was the best taxi journey from the airport we’ve had.

Sarah kept in contact with us from the moment we booked putting our minds at ease as it’s our first time in Benidorm, lovely lady, very professional and even gave us some tips on places to visit, will definitely book Sarah again in the future.

I received a text message from Sarah a few days before our trip with all her details, car info and contact number.
Due to heavy traffic she was a few minutes late but was able to keep us informed, so no issues.
A comfortable drive to our hotel and a good friendly chat at the same time.
Definitely recommend.

Sarah sent us a message 2 days before our transfer to introduce herself which was in our minds excellent . I phoned to ask if she could pick us up at a different hotel a short distance away and she obliged with no issues . A lovely person and would definitely use again without hesitation . Always nice to know the contact number for your transfer in case of changes or difficulties. Thanks Sarah great job .. see u again soon

Travel with Sarah was great. On time and felt very safe whilst on my journey. Will definitely use again when on my travels to Benidorm. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with Sarah! From the moment the ride started, she was friendly, professional, and courteous. The car was spotless, comfortable, and smelled great, which made the ride even more enjoyable.

She drove safely and confidently, followed the best route, and made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.

I really appreciated her punctuality and clear communication before pickup — it made everything seamless.

Overall, one of the best taxi rides I’ve had. Highly recommend Sarah— thank you for the great service!

We used Sarah recently for our airport transfer, fantastic service from start to finish, cannot recommend enough, we will see you again next year.

Super nice Service. Drive very well and safe.

I travelled to Alicante for the first time on my own and was a little apprehensive regarding transfers. However, I booked through Alicante Airport Transfers because It offered a female Chauffeur, I was so pleased I did. Sarah spoke English and made my transfer feel safe and pleasant which put me at ease straight away. She offered me a bottle of water and gave me an insight on areas where to visit, and offered to transport me to them should i have any problems with public transport. Sarah definitely went above and beyond to ensure my visit to Alicante was a memorable one, and that surely was making it stress free.
Anyone travelling to the Alicante area, Benidorm, Calpe or any other area within the Alicante region, I would 100% recommend you use Alicante airport transfers, the prices are very competitive whether travelling alone or in a group .. you will definitely experience a stress free transfer.
Thank you Alicante airport transfers for your excellent service. I will highly recommend you.
