Pedido del 18.10 y aĂșn esperando

LĂĄstima que no mirĂ© antes los comentarios. Hice un pedido el 18 de octubre en el cual decĂ­a "Premium Express Shipping ( 1-3 Days )", el caso es que estamos a dĂ­a 21 de enero y sigo sin el producto. Les he intentado contactar en mĂșltiples ocasiones (diriaque mas de 6), desde el formulario web, por email, tiktok, whatsapp... y no he recibido contestaciĂłn alguna. La Ășnica comunicaciĂłn que he recibido desde el pedido ha sido del dĂ­a 1 de diciembre y ponĂ­a que se habĂ­a enviado y que en 4 dĂ­as aproximadamente lo recibirĂ­a.... Pues bien, sigo esperando....

Completly disappointed

Ok so first it was so loooooong to receive, they say it takes approximatively 7days, the delivery took a whole month. Now the product is fine, i received it, but it clearly look cheaper in real life. Also they offer you 3 posters if you command them an albumtag, the truth is i received no poster, zero, and we cant even properly contact them so i guess im never gonna see my posters.

Hi, We’re genuinely sorry for the frustrating delay in your order. We had an unexpected fulfilment issue from mid-September through late October, which pushed some orders far beyond our usual 5–7 day shipping window. We kept customers updated however this period and offered 15% refunds on many affected orders, but I completely understand the upset with the overall situation.

In regards to the posters, they were a free gift we added to all orders, and those shipments were unfortunately impacted by the same fulfilment backlog. We’re now fully caught up and have had the issue resolved with all posters expected to ship out shortly.

Please reach out to us directly for that 15% compensation incase we missed you so we can sort this immediately. Apologies again for this.

September order still not here

I placed an order in September. I chased it in October and was told there had been an issue with supplies and the order was on the way. It still isn’t here and none of my messages or emails have been replied to. I’ve been insisting on a refund for weeks Do not order from this company!

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had, you’re well entitled right to be frustrated. We had a significant supply delay from mid-September through late October, which affected a portion of orders placed during that window. Even though we kept customers updated and issued 15% refunds on many delayed orders, it’s clear we fell short in your case, especially with the lack of timely replies. That’s not the level of communication we aim for.


If your order still hasn’t arrived and you’ve been requesting a refund, we want to resolve this for you immediately. Please contact us directly at either via email or our instagram so we can either confirm the shipment or process your refund right away.

Good product, long shipping

Almost €20 to absolutely nothing, have waited more than a month. They haven’t reached out to me. Promised time was 10 business days, long overdue. Seriously how neat it may look just don’t buy from here.

Update about 8 months later, it finally arrived. The packaging is good and the product itself is also great. It isn’t a scam, just be aware that shipping time (even worse for international shipping) is pretty bad and you shouldn’t expect it to arrive quickly.

That period also caused a backlog in replies, this isn’t what we aim for at Album Tags and have been working to be better.


We issued 15% refunds and updates to many affected customers, but it’s clear we missed you.

Deel van mijn bestelling nooit opgestuurd.

Ik betelde een NFC album tag. Vrij snel aangekomen, zo ver zo goed, dacht ik. Daarnaast had ik ook twee matten besteld. Geen van de twee zijn opgestuurd. Inmiddels bijna 2 maanden verder, niks meer van gehoord. Ik heb geprobeerd om hen te contacteren en heb het probleem vertelt, geen antwoord.
Koop hier niet.

We experienced a major supply and fulfilment delay between mid-September and the end of October, which caused some items to be shipped much later than normal. Our customer support also fell behind during that period, which is why your message went unanswered. That’s not the service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise.


I’m glad to hear your NFC Album Tag arrived, but the fact that the two mats never did is fully on us, and we want to fix this immediately. Please reach out to us directly via email or our Instagram and we’ll resend the missing items or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
