Albionshire Car Diagnostics  Omdömen

Hi, my decision to purchase the Icarsoft MT V6 was made after I telephoned and spoke to John. I wasn't confident that this diagnostic tool would work for my Ducati Scrambler. I sent John the details of the bike and got a quick response to my email confirming it should work. I have not had the time to set it up yet, fingers crossed it will reset the service light.
Kind regards
Terry

Very helpful quick response when asking for some information great price

Very helpfull with advice on which unit to choose.

5 star all the way. Website explains everything you need to know before buying. Delivery with in 24 hours.
Diagnostic tool easy to use for a first time user and I found the fault that the dash board was telling me that the fault was something more expensive.
This company is better than all the 5 star reviews on trustpilot.

Excellent product extremely fast postage great price and communication.

I purchased the Ancel BM700 pro diagnostic tool, on behalf of my partner. He spoke to John, prior to the purchase. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He even checked with the manufacturer that the vehicle vin numbers were supported by the equipment. Throughout the process, the customer service has been fabulous. Something rare in this day and age. It was also delivered on time, and in good quality packing. Excellent company.

Would recommend ALBIONSHIRE CAR DIAGNOSTICS every time

Exactly as it said on the tin. Great hit of kit for my personal use with 3 cars from 3 different manufacturers .
Managed to use it twice now and it felt like a solid bit of kit.
Quick delivery too. Highly recommend.

A first class service order Friday delivered Saturday as promised would buy from you again and recommend you to anyone.
Thank you Paul

Great service ordered Saturday and it arrived Tuesday

Great to talk to the owner of the company, very professional and knowledgable. Gave me confidence. I ordered an Icarsoft CR Max scanner after my Cousin bought one.
Can't wait to use it. 😁

The Ancel VD700 ordered from Albionshire for a good price worked well for pairing the replacement battery for my 2013 Golf tdi Bluemotion. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I will definitely order from Albionshire again for any other equipment in the future.

Purchasing and choosing was simple delivered promptly. Where this company differs is when there is an issue , I reached out to them over a bank holiday weekend and was not expecting a response until the following working days but no I had a very helpful response from John the same day and although the issue could not be resolved without spending a lot more on a different diagnostic tool they have offered a full refund for the original tool I purchased.

Well wrapped, fast shipping. Not used yet but all seems great!
