Albionshire Car Diagnostics  Omdömen

Had an issue with a motorcycle diagnostic tool i had just purchased from Albionshire Diagnostics with it not connecting to my bike. Not sure if it was my lack of knowledge but a few emails back and forth and John & Susan made sure that I had a working device. The device MTV6 is excellent and very easy to use and the customer service I experienced was second to none.Thank you again and keep up the good work.

Comprehensive information regarding different capabilities of scanners. good price too.

Confirmed with John that the item would work for my vehicle. John very helpful so went ahead and ordered. Arrived as advertised and all works as it should. Many thanks Peter

Great product at a good price and extremely quick delivery

Unfortunately, the device, although marketed to operate with Skoda vehicles, did not operate correctly with mine due to SFD functionality limitations with my 2024 Karoq. Albionshire were extremely reasonable about the situation and refunded me.

Really helpful and great to speak to a real person, item arrived quickly and a good price.
I will definitely use this company again.
Highly recommended.

Helpful on enquiries, quick on despatch. Recommend.

I’ll start by saying I never write reviews – until now, that is. It’s the amazing customer service from Albionshire Car Diagnostics that has prompted me to write my first.
John was my contact and support, and nothing was too much trouble at any time of night or day, including sending out devices for next day delivery and working with his contacts at the manufacturers. He clearly works hard, and is committed to building up the company based on excellent customer service – a refreshing change when so much else in online retail seems to be about cutting costs and service to maximise short-term profit.
My very best wishes and sincere thanks to him.
A very definite five stars to Albionshire Car Diagnostics!

Fast delivery and great delivery updates. Normally an eBay person, but I found this one at a better price. It was new but open, and I was happy with that. Everything was in the box, and it was untouched and brand new.

John got back to me so quickly you really can’t fault the speed and knowledge he has. Really helpful. Thank you

Company service was excellent, scanner received within 24 hours. All I can comment on as Albionshire do not make the scanner.
I would hope not to have any problems with it so probably will not have to contact them again.

Top.class service

Great customer care.
Great products

Very fast dispatch and delivery. The scanner did its job perfectly.

John helped me when other supplier let me down.
Excellent service

It's so easy to make a purchase, now i need to learn how to use it!

I cant say enough good things about this company, the equipment, delivery and accessibility to information after purchase was first class. Always contactable by e mail or phone.
Don't waste your time or money with other companies this is the real deal.
A great experience.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as described, so easy to use and I was able to fix the error code on my van that had been bugging me for 6 months🤦🏼‍♂️

Thanks for following up my case with the manufacturer till the end. Excellent customer service!
