The team were very friendly and efficient. We were however a bit disappointed that there were items not able to fit in the single van and a 2nd trip was out of the question. This was despite being billed for the full house move with one of the team coming out to look at the volume and quote accordingly.

We used Alba Removals for our move and we couldn't be happier. The guys were really great and extremely professional. They were extremely communicative the entire time leading up to and during the move. Due to an issue outside our control, we ended up having to postpone the move by over a month but the guys were really understanding and went over and above to accommodate our circumstances. Once the move happened, everything (aside from the weather) went really smoothly. Really reasonably prices, outstanding service, would 100% use them again.

The whole team from the removal men to Owen to the receptionist - all were so efficient and friendly. Our move was from Edinburgh to London and it was done so smoothly. Nothing was too much for these guys and it made a potentially stressful time seem so easy. We would recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience with Alba, answered any questions before the move quickly and professionally. Arrived bang on time on move day and the 4 employees worked incredibly hard the full day. They made the full move experience much less stressful and we’re overall a great company to deal with.

As hassle free as moving can get- Owen and the Alba team came for a consultation a few weeks prior to the move. My flat or move was not an easy one- a top floor Edinburgh flat with fairly tight access and some heavy furniture. We were moving to Coventry area from Edinburgh. Communication was great in advance regarding availability on the road at the pickup and drop off addresses. On the day of the move, the team was here early, super polite and helpful and very efficient! Could not recommend highly enough for anybody Scotland-based for short or longer haul moves.

Absolutely fantastic from the off. Submitted our enquiry online - and our needs weren't your standard move! - and Owen got back to me, whilst on holiday, to chat over what we might require, and was able to get a member of his team out to assess in person the next day. Not only did the guys get things done speedily on the day, but, they were helpful with hints and tips in our storage area. We would not hesitate to recommend Alba Removals to anyone in need of moving or relocation services, and, we know who to call when we need to move things about in our warehouse again!

Very efficient and friendly! We contacted Alba Removals as we were moving from one area of town to another, not too far but we did have large furniture at the top floor of a flat with no lift, which was a little daunting. Alba Removals came round for a brief inspection of the building access and inventory, quickly provided us a quote and slotted us into their schedule with ease. We disassembled and packed most of our items ahead of their arrival, sealing the last straggler boxes while they loaded the van. They were very friendly and happy to work around us, and were very quick to load everything up. Dropping the inventory off at the new property, they were happy to place boxes and furniture wherever we directed them to. Again, super quick and very amicable. Would definitely recommend them - they took a move I once dreaded and made it feel easy.
