Now that we have moved into our new home, I can sit back and relax thanks to Mr Daly. I have definitely made the right choice in choosing Mr daly for my mortgage purposes. Friendly yet professional service and no questions unanswered. It is important to mention that he completed everything much sooner then expected in current situation as lenders and solicitors worked at a slower pace due to Covid-19. Thank you for your hard work. Will definitely use your serviced again.

"Cold calling"

Recent "cold call" in relation to existing insurance, which I usually refuse, but in this instance was happy to take as Andy Matthews was not pushy and his concise explanation of the reason for the call and his friendly but professional manner made it a pleasure to deal with him.

The service was excellent and the help…

The service was excellent and the help and assistance from our advisor, James Barclay, was professional and reassuring. There was one problem, not of Albany's making, which they were very sympathetic over and their help to resolve this issue has to be commended.

I tried to cancel eithin the 2 week period my request was ignoed i am now stuck paying much w much monenies .

Dear Michael,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review – here at Albany Park Finance we take all feedback very seriously and were disappointed to see your recent comments. We rarely get any complaints, hence why we take any we do receive so seriously.

You have stated on your reply that you tried to cancel your policy within your ‘cooling off period’ however, we only received an email from you in September nearly two months after your policy started. We replied to you on the same day advising you that you would need to contact the provider yourself as the request must come directly from the policy holder and not ourselves – providing you with their relevant contact numbers.

Unfortunately, the cancellation of your policy is out of our control and I can only apologise for any problems that you may have faced. If you have contacted the provider directly and they have failed to action your request, you may be entitled to a refund of any premiums paid during this period. However, if you did not contact the provider and as we did not hear from you until your cooling off period had passed, although unfortunate, there is nothing we can do on this occasion.

Importantly, I want to ensure you do not face any further difficulties and will endeavour to provide you any further assistance, if it is required, and hope to resolve any problems to standard you would expect.

Fantastic customer service

Insurance can often go over my head but Ella was fantastic!
She was very well spoken and very clear in helping me understand the ins and outs of my policy and didn't mind answering my silly questions.
Ella is a credit to Albany Park and she made the phone call so easy and I would not hesitate to phone Albany Park if I need to again. Thanks Ella.

I recently dealt with Albany Park…Out of this world customer service

I recently dealt with Albany Park Finance about some life assurance. The representative who assisted my wife and I with this absolutely fantastic. Due to the nature of the application the call was a very long one as it contained lots of questions. He went through everything thoroughly and made the call one of pleasure and amusement. He was very friendly and sincere. I wouldn’t hesitate about calling again because the customer service was second to none. Thank you.
