Off to a good start
I started using the Alaya Multi Collagen powder about 3 months ago. I put it in my morning coffee and I do not detect any taste and it blends into my coffee smoothly. What I have noticed is much stronger finger nails, nicer looking skin and my hair seems to grow faster.
