I ordered a Cat Vest Harness and Leash on 2/5/2021 and to this date have never received it but have been charged for it.

Worse experience I have ever had. I still haven't gotten my purchase and it has been 2 months and all they can say is be patient. I paid extra for shipping to get here faster and it has been sitting in the same place for 15 days now. I have contacted them several times and and they suck to get ahold of. Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and stay away from this company. I am very surprised that they are still in business. I know for a fact that I will never get anything from them again.

Unable to contact anyone to facilitate a refund. The quality of the product is not good, very cheeply made. When I tried to access my account information they calmed not to have an acccount with my email address. Very Unhappy!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Placed order and still has not arrived. They dont respond to communications. Dont do business with these frauds.

Just received my yoga pants today. I was shocked when I looked at them. Cheaply made. Of course when I bought them it said easy returns. Not happening. I hate to waste money, never again. Live and learn.

I also bought sushi kit set for a Christmas gift received email confirmation of transaction purchase set that had 10 pieces with picture. Received envelope with ONE piece of plastic. Contacted the company by email, received response that I only bought that piece so that meant the 10 piece plastic set that was initially confirmed by their email would now be costing me $250.00 USD since I had paid $25.00 USD for the crap they sent. Then rep offered to send me a "coupon" so I could get the rest of the set. SERIOUSLY, Really! These disgusting people have no conscience in ripping people off specially In these sad times when people are struggling financially. Lesson learned.... buy items from your country which will be better quality and you have better control of not getting scammed. BTW this 10 piece set price ranges between $20 to $30 ANYWHERE.

I have ordered a 10 piece sushi set and got 3 piece plastic junk. contacted them and they said I paid only for that 3 pieces. Totally cheating customers. We won't get any order as per their picture shown in the site.

Don't get cheated! please read all reviews before buying from them. Total scam!

I bought a blanket that was knitted big blanket when I got it it was only 20 x24 it was suppose to be 60x 80 and the color was off. Found phone number and all it does is ring.

Do not spend your money with this outfit. I spent $35 for an edger kit and received a roller that can be bought on eBay for $5 !!!
No proper return policy, no refund !
Just a run around, send pictures and video, which I did twice !!
Repeat don’t deal with them !!!!!

Horrible experience with this company. No satisfaction when the item was not delivered to me. All they did was send me useless information and a run a round. BUYER BEWARE. The prices may look incredible but the products are cheap if your lucky enough to get them.

I have never been so disappointed with a product as I am with this one. The sushi maker they portray in their ad is not what I received. 3 rectangular plastic pieces (value: 10-25¢) that do no allow slicing, packing or easy rolling. I wasted my money. Don’t waste yours!

We had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Aksakon. I looked for reviews before ordering and didn't find any. I specifically used PayPal because I was unsure of the company. I ordered 2 sweaters for the winter in Indiana. When the sweaters arrived, I saw the color of one wasn't the one pictured in the advertisement. I also found I could see through both sweaters, not thick and bulky like pictured. Within 2 days of ordering, I contacted Aksakon to start the return process. After a month of trying to receive return information and 8 emails, I contacted PayPal. After another month, several emails, supplying original order, pictures, files, and answering many questions the return is denied. They didn't vary enough from the written description. The quality is poor, thin, color varies, and help center is NOT helpful. Very disappointed and out over $60.00.

Terrible company. I ordered a shirt and received a completely different item. When I contacted customer service, all they would offer was a coupon for a percentage off of my next purchase. I disputed the transaction through Paypal and they said that if I want my money back I have to send the item back, from the US to China, at my own expense - which would cost more than what I paid for the purchase.

Don't buy! Very poor quality and poor customer service. I sent many emails to try and return 2 sweaters that were very thin and smelled bad. I was told to "be patient, dear" after 2 months of trying.

Horrible all the way around. Sweater was not as described. Poor quality. When I asked for return instructions, they told me to wait a little longer. 8 emails over 3 weeks and they couldnt provide any info. I filed a claim through PayPal, still no response. I escalated it and they finally responded. Now I have to pay to ship this garbage back to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Very disappointed customer! A jumper I ordered was not as described: colour was wrong (not as appeared in the image), and quality was obviously poor. (Looked like a thick woollen jumper in the picture, but was extremely thin.) I opened the outer packaging but as soon as I saw the jumper through the plastic wrapping, I didn't bother to open it. I immediately sent an email to the company. They responded politely enough and asked for a photo. I sent it to them. They disputed that the colour was wrong. I replied that I didn't want the jumper, and I just wanted a confirmed address to send it back to, and then to get a refund. (There was an address on the package, but I wanted to make sure.) Since then - over a fortnight ago - I have heard no more! Even though I informed them that if I hadn't heard from them within the next three days I would get in touch with Paypal and Trustpilot. I have sent goods back, and Paypal have raised a dispute for me. DON'T trust this company! Shoddy goods and dodgy company!
