Good service and product at a competitive price. Always good to go through independent trades rather than the Amazon/ebay route.

Very poor delivery service
Th delivery driver delivered to a completely different address. It was a flat & up a flight of stairs that I had to go to retrieve too very heavy bags of compost. And delivery driver lied that I had signed for it. In fact there was no one else even at the wrong address when he just dumped the parcels !

Svar från House, Home and Garden
Hello Jane,
I hope you are well and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry to hear that DHL driver delivered to the incorrect address. It is our understanding that their system automatically marks the delivery as 'SIGNED FOR' and the customer name, even when the item has been left at the address without being handed directly to the customer.
I have raised this issue with DHL and asked that they speak with their driver regarding the incorrect address being delivered too.
Please accept my sincere apologies on their behalf and be assured that this is not the typical level of service that the provide, nor do we expect. If there is anything I can do to help you, please do not hesitate to contact me at enquiries@akkin.co.uk.
Kindest regards,
Karl.
