After being recommended Akers Pritchett by some friends I’m glad we took their advice. Cannot fault the service and customer approach - James and his team were professional, informative and more than happy to help when I had very basic questions! James even managed to secure a decent mortgage rate for us despite the crazy interest rates at the moment. We unfortunately had to withdraw from the property we were buying and James was super helpful in trying to make sure we could use our existing offer. Couldn’t recommend them more - thanks for all your help!

Steve and his team provided a top class service and advice. Remortgage
I used James and the team for my first mortgage and again recently for my renewal. Genuinely a helpful and friendly team that keep you informed and do there upmost to ensure the process runs smoothly. Was able to be open and honest about my situation and totally understood and helped me how others couldn’t. Shall be using them again in the further and highly recommend to others.

The best, the best, the best.
Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive.
We have a nightmare trying to get a mortgage after covid. Steve and the team showed us where we were going wrong and got us an excellent mortgage. We now live in our dream house.

I cannot recommend Akers Pritchett highly enough!!
The service from everyone was absolutely incredible. My situation was a little complicated and each step and decision was talked about in a very clear and understandable way. I was desperate to get my dream house and honestly if I hadn't used them, my offer would have fallen through and wouldn't be in the exciting position I am now with the keys in my hand.
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Will be recommendeding them to everyone and anyone.

Fantastic service
We cannot recommend James and his team more highly. This was our first time using a broker and James was very patient, knowledgeable and always gave sound advice. For a highly competative price, we got A LOT for our money. We would not hesitate to recommend Akers Pritchett and will definitely use them again for our mortgage renewal.

Knowledgeable and Proactive Team
We have used James for our mortgages and remortgages for the past 7 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, and he and his staff are all very proactive. James’ advice has saved us a lot of money and time. The mortgage has never been the stressful bit of our property transactions. We recommend them often and will certainly see them again when our next mortgage is needed.

Sound advice and excellent service
As soon as we thought about moving, I sought James out after being advised on mortgages by him over 10 years ago. He gave us some very sound advice, was very patient with us and we ended up with a great product. It was a very smooth process with James and our chosen lender. If only the actual buying process was as easy! But we’re now in our dream property. Thanks James. Would highly recommend and will use again.
