After about 2 weeks on Akarali, I feel a bit more energetic than before, especially during training days. Recovery feels slightly better and I don’t feel as drained. Everyone’s body is different, but this has worked quite well for me so far.

I have been using the product for several months now. I had my testosterone checked by my doctor twice in August of 2025 my results were 318 and 364 (avg 341) not low enough to qualify for medical testosterone therapy in the USA. I am 61 years old so getting low Testosterone levels at my age is common.

I ordered Akarali Tongat Ali in September though Amazon and product was good and delivery fast. I took it for 45 days and then had my testosterone checked again in November 2025, it went up with Akarali Tongat Ali from the August average of 341 to 502 in November. A rise of 161 points in 45 days. I'll have to check it again at the 3 month mark

Customer service is contacted in the USA to Akarali overseas and the representative I had was very helpful and responsive. Although it's easier to contact them in the USA during the evening hours it's great customer service each time I contacted them. I feel good about this product so far. Even though my initial 45 day results only got my testosterone to 502 I'm thinking it's going to go up a bit higher with time. I can tell the difference in my gym workouts already and my libido noticably higher.
