Great work experience

Communication with the team has been a great experience. Informations are passed across properly through the right channels.
The team has been able to assign adequate shifts to their staffs and also look out to the well-being of the staffs.
The training was of great help.

AJ Recruitment is unique with staffing and staff support

The online training package is excellent! This is the first online training that has impacted me so much. I also appreciate the physical training I had with Andy at Tascaster. After the training, I had a free ride from one of the teams which really impressed me. In fact, the staff members are lovely and lively, the training is top notch and the organization is well structured.

I learnt and added more to my vast…

I learnt and added more to my vast experience during the interview and recruitment process. The language is very clear to understand with soft tone. The company is doing so well because the questions are very strategic in a way that upholds a high standard to be able to give the service user a wonderful experience.

Billy and Olivia have been really helpful especially with all the shift cover we have had in services. The consistency of support staff has been important and is appreciated. Meeting Billy and Olivia face to face was beneficial and productive. Thank you for your continued support.
