Staff with good values

As part of the recruitment process of trying to become a support worker, I had an interview with one of the recruitment team members at AJ Recruitment and it was an amazing experience. I discovered they are very keen on the values their workers possess and are only looking to employ workers with amazing personalities and good values. I can tell that any service user would absolutely love their service.

WORK EFFICIENCY

My experience with AJ have been nothing short of extraordinary.
They set high level of expectation from their workers which is geared towards giving customer satisfaction.
AJ have IT base service from shift selection to time sheet which has indeed make it convenient for me.
Their level of hospitality and customer service and not forgetting their response time even outside office hour is amazing.
AJ is the best.
Thanks for the good work.

Polite and Friendly.

I would rate 7 stars if that option was available. Talking to Chris today was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Best interview i have had in a long time. Great company! Super impressed

What a great person to talk to about…

What a great person to talk to about anything I need in the workplace also gets things done very promptly and always comes back to you with an answer. Doing such a good job Paige thank you for everything you have done for me since being at AJ top person to work with.

My experience during my recent interview session

My experience during my recent engagement with Ms Karpov of AJ recruitment was knowing the patience and expertise of a courteous professional who though the engagement was coherent and intelligible in communicating objective, yet understanding and open in hearing the candidates expectation.
Thank you for a time of learning.

Excellent

I had a great experience during my interview with Paige and Chris. Very helpful and cheerful individuals. The pressure left the room as soon as we started the conversation. It was a positive experience.

A very positive experience. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful. All the courses were easily accessible, providing useful training to enable candidates a good knowledge to better enhance their work place commitments.

I feel working for aj is very positive. no problem is too small if you need help there always on the other end of the phone. I deal with Ben Carter he is so supportive always got the time to listen and tries all he can to help any situations. makes you feel comfortable and relaxed talking to him
