I don’t usually write reviews, but this service has been awesome! The support team is super helpful, and it’s actually a growth service that provides what they say they do. I have tried plenty of other services and this one is exactly as they say it is, the engagement is great the growth is great, on time on every month, and the support team is super nice!

Likes seem to be capped at a certain amount. Also comments seem very robotic and repetitive. Accounts will comment the same just slightly different wording. Interactive accounts are obviously fake.

Their claimed 7 day money back guarantee is a joke. They won’t honor it.

Skip this company and find a better one elsewhere.

They just said there is a 7 day trail of our schema. Somehow they took from my bank almost 100$ for nothing the second month the money just taken from my bank account without my permission.
The bad thing I said please refund my money. And I didn’t asked the other money I said allright the first money they can be keep it like their look like an startup project
Then when I saw the second transaction
I said please refund it guys in a first second
They said we can’t even they say we will provide the agreement for the bank
That you sign they traited me and I even didn’t sign anything

Horrible service and ineffective. After 4 months, my engagement is lower than ever and my follower count actually dropped. I feel scammed

I paid for what was marketed as “AI‑matched superfans” from AI Superfans, and my experience was the opposite of what was promised. Followers arrived in sudden spikes, most with random usernames, profile photos with spots on them, empty bios, and zero meaningful engagement. My insights showed ai generated comments, no saves, or shares, and likes came from the same repeat accounts. I raised these concerns, support sent scripted replies about “algorithm cycles,” nothing improved.

The worst part, the moment I stopped the service, my follower count dropped almost exactly by the amount they had “added,” within a day or two. In my opinion, that strongly suggests these were not genuine fans, they were low quality or controlled accounts that disappear once you stop paying. Real followers do not vanish in bulk on a schedule.

This service harmed my account, my engagement rate fell, my credibility took a hit, and I had to spend time cleaning my audience. I have invoices, screenshots of the follower lists and analytics, and the email thread with support. I am happy to provide documentation to Trustpilot on request.

Bottom line, in my experience this is a pay‑to‑rent followers model, not real growth. I do not recommend this superfan scam to anyone who cares about authentic audience building.

Tips for others: Check quality, not just counts. Audit new followers for real activity. Keep screenshots of analytics.

These guys are doing same fake bot profiles basically and just charging more for it. Plus they refuse to refund when asked in the first 24hrs which tells you even more how much of a scam they are.
