This place is horrible

This place is horrible, they took my money 3 months ago and keep saying they are having shipping problems, pretty sure I am not getting any thing, I reported to the BBB and they said the company is closed.

Slow shipping, no customer service

Took 6 weeks before I got the pillow. Doesn't fit right, too high and long for my short body... I'm 5'1". I've been emailing them for 2 weeks to find out how to return and get full refund! No response! Trying to contact again today! No phone number anywhere to call! So much for their 120 day return policy! No customer service at all!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Do not buy anything from those site. Never got my pillows and was charged 89.99. I used PayPal and all of a sudden was getting charged for some random free shipping service that I never agreed to Got pay pal involved but still only was reimbursed for half the amount and no pillows. DO NOT USE THUS SITE. Upset and disgusted that did not get reimbursed full amount

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered mid November and there was never a tracking update. The company refused to cancel. They offered a partial refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Finally in the later part of January, with still no movement on tracking or an ETA, I was able to get a refund. Yesterday it randomly showed up. It had a horrible plastic odor & looks nothing like the original advertisement. Total scam company.

Not received my items

I spent $94.46 and it has been 2 months and I have not yet received my order. No number to reach them and I had emailed them twice with no response.

I have not received my order which…

you:I have not received my order which was placed about 5 weeks ago ( December 29, 2025).I never received a tracking number or any confirmation that it was even sent. I have repeatedly tried to cancel this order and requested a refund. It is hard to get a response and multiple “ names” have been used on the different emails. I just want to receive my full refund of $68.98 and move on.
This was their response today. Basically I can’t get a full refund unless I return the pillow should it ever show up! Or I can choose to give them money less a discount for an item I have not received! Insane!
I can’t comment on the product itself but this is extremely poor customer service.

Option 1 (Recommended – fastest resolution):

✔ 15% refund on your current order

✔ FREE priority reship at no cost to you

✔ Priority delivery time: 8–12 business days

This is the quickest way to ensure you receive the pillow without continuing to wait on the delayed shipment.

Option 2:

✔ Your original order continues in transit as scheduled

This option works well if you’re comfortable waiting a bit longer while still receiving a larger refund.

It is so very sad that this company…

It is so very sad that this company scams people who are excited to stumble upon real hope for better sleep. Do not let their website fool you. They went a long way to make their website look legitimate, my guess is they used AI to generate it all, including the “hundreds of positive reviews”. Please do not fall for this.

Ordered in mid-December with the 5-day shipping promise and it is now February with no shipping or tracking updates. They gave me the same run around they gave everyone else — that they would look into my order and then that it was shipping, and then offering 20% refund despite me begging for a full refund. But alas, no 20% refund either.

Absolutely disgusting how much money they undoubtedly make off of all of us. I don’t know how they get away with it.

Ordered Dec 9, 2025. Never received. Contacted via email several times and they keep telling me it’s on its way. The tracking number was issued on the 10th but continues to this day to say a label has been created and doesn’t show any movement. Tried to receive refund but they only want to give me 85% back. Now not returning emails. Be cautious with this company.

Ordered on 1/4 with 5 day delivery promised on the website…. still waiting and from what i see from others, it could be another month (if it even arrives) I wish i had read these reviews before ordering… if i had, I never would have ordered. Email correspondence's with company where they promise me partial refunds…ummm no!

No tracking, “long delay”

As with what looks like many, I have yet to receive the pillow I ordered 12/24. No tracking ever. Sent an email 1/12 asking about where the order was and response was increased holiday volume, delivery in 5-10 days. Assure you it’s not lost but being packaged and on its way. Today I get another email after asking for refund and contacting my credit card. Basically same response on volume delay, “young company not expecting such attention,” also telling me they’d give a partial refund if I’d like. No, I want the full refund. I’ll talk with my cc.

Ordered 2 pillows about a month ago and…

Ordered 2 pillows about a month ago and still have not received them. Tried to contact to so called company but no response. This company does not deserve a one star in my opinion. We will see if I receive pillows in next couple months or got scammed. Thinking more that I got scammed. Buyer beware. Buy from a trusted source.

I ordered two pillows and four pillow…

I ordered two pillows and four pillow coverings Dec. 31st and have not received anything. I have had numerous dealings with customer service who say “I understand your are frustrated and appreciate your patience”. But no tracking information or specifics on where my order is in delivery. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! There are SCAMMERS. They say they give 3% to the Alzheimer’s Foundation but this company seems to have Alzheimer’s when it comes to the question Where is my order?

Absolutely horrible !

Absolutely horrible !! Pay for my order over 2 months ago. Keep emailing them and get a response on sorry I can understand ur frustration. Then wants to refund me 30 %. I was no all my refund. Then I was told it was shipped but due to back up with shipping they don’t have a tracking number right now.
Unbelievable still waiting to get this resolved.

5 weeks later and still no pillow

5 weeks later and still no pillow!
No actual phone number to call and ask a question or get tracking information or anything regarding order. They want you to download an app and still can’t track it because it shows still not shipped. I’ve left numerous messages for someone to notify where my pillow actually is and I got 1 response, 2 weeks ago, saying it should arrive in 3-5 business days! What a joke! I’m beginning to wonder if I’m ever going to see it at all? I’ll never order from here again!
