I paid £30 for piece of useless plastic, didn't work at all doesn't move your jaw forward whatsoever just a naff mouth guard at best!!!!!!

Ordered this product back in the start of May, couldn't really see many reviews but thought I would take a chance.

Boy was I wrong, DO NOT USE this company, as others have said.

You get ignored when asking for refunds, or any kind of help.

Used Klarna to pay, so asked them to do a refund due to issues, sent all evidence. Got email back from Klarna that due to no reply from company I am to pay full amount.

Product is dangerous. Thin molded plastic with no way to remold. Cuts into gums, causing bleeding, moves around.

Product unfit for selling and company should be shut down and sued for the appalling service and dangerous products.

Bought the Airvex Pro with 60 day money back gaurantee. Product didnt work so emailed to ask for refund. Email offered refund, however money never came back despite emailing them several times.

Ordered before reading bad reviews, a few minutes after ordering I then saw a gmail address being used and thought something was dodgy. I immediately asked for cancellation and refund. Was then asked by "Tom" my reason for cancelling and company ignored the reply and despatched the item the next day anyway. Now ignoring any emails for refund and return. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Ordered and then asked to cancel, was replied to asking why I wanted to cancel the order to which I replied and was ignored after sending another 3 emails following up. They sent the order anyway 4-5 days later anyway and now it's been delivered to someone else's house so didn't even get it anyway.

Doesn't work! Very uncomfortable.
Trying to return within the 30 days for a refund, but no response or return authorization to my emails.

Absolutely rubbish product, when opening the product looked tiny in the polythene bag then upon opening was greeted by what looked like a piece of melted plastic with rough edges and a deformed shape

As has already been said. Dont bother. Crap product, even worse customer service. I have been requesting a refund since March.

Absolutely terrible, waste of money, don’t fall for the money back guarantee as they don’t respond to emails asking for return address.

Dont waste your time or money on this Internet con! It's dispatched from China and is no better than a temu snoring mouthpiece... doesn't fit or adjust as its just a piece of plastic that goes in your mouth. Nothing to shape around your teeth so it rattles around in your mouth, holds no structure nor your lower jaw forward as it claims... best I've found is the snoreeze mouth piece.
