I took the help of agency but not certainly the best experience since they didn't timely help with my queries regarding flight changes, cancellations or even queries to check euth airline stating I should do since its another operator for flight etc. Team should proactively inform before taking bookings of ehat all they would not help with so as to avoid last minute rush.

And the agents when given yhe feedback simply reply back disregarding any such claims and make you responsible rather than sympathizing and then stop replying
