STILL WAITING!
Having ordered an airtrax for my daughters birthday 24/5/26 , should have been delivered on 27/5/26 , still didn’t arrive spoke to someone at customer services who guaranteed to would arrive 29/5/26 , but as you can imagine still no AIRTRAX , we are now on 1/6/26 and don’t when we are going to receive it 👎

We're sorry to hear that your daughter's birthday Air Track didn't arrive within the expected timeframe and completely understand your disappointment.
The wait is finally over — although we appreciate that by now it may have felt like the longest delivery countdown in history!
Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it has now been delivered. Unfortunately, while the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, courier delays can occasionally occur and, on this occasion, your shipment was affected.
Avoid this company like the plague
Order the AirTraX for my daughter. It said next day delivery it’s now the next Sunday. My package is still not here it’s still not been delivered to dpd. I have called them a 100 times they won’t answer and it seems like it’s a mobile answer message. Emailed them no response. Absolute joke of a company wouldn’t surprise me if they tell you next day delivery and it’s drop shipped rubbish from china. Had my wife and daughter waiting in for it days on end after spending near on £300. Better off getting one of Amazon cheaper and next day delivery

Firstly, we would like to clarify that AirTraXuk is a UK-based company and we do not dropship our products from China. Our Air Tracks are stocked, quality checked, and dispatched from the UK, which is one of the reasons we have become one of the UK's leading Air Track suppliers.
While we aim to meet all advertised delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to stock discrepancies, courier issues, or periods of exceptionally high demand. We appreciate that this is disappointing, especially when the product was purchased as a gift and your family were eagerly awaiting its arrival.
We take customer service seriously and apologise if you experienced difficulty contacting us.
Unlike many low-cost alternatives available online, our products are specifically designed for gymnastics and tumbling, using higher-quality materials, enhanced durability, and UK-based support should any assistance be required after purchase.
We value all customer feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in AirTraXuk.

Good Quality 4M Acro/Summer fun mat
Communication from the start was easy.
Ryan was very helpful and the product is perfect for 10 year old who loves Acro.
I have gone with for the 4m size so product doubles up as good summer fun (slip and slide).
Not opening until end May but was able to view an older version which helped see good quality.

Amazing customer support!
Communication was great before and after purchase. I couldn't work out how to use the pump correctly and they got back to me so quickly and helped. The product itself is great, exactly what I was looking for and I feel confident if I have any issues or questions they will be there to help. Thank you!
