The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

Amazing company I purchased a open box portable ozone generator and had a issue with a button and they reached out to me ,I sent them pictures of the defective button and they sent me another one, I love this company and their products, and of course they have great customer service

I really like the sound of the machine ADH70 is so low. It has night mode and I almost don't hear anything. I bought 3 to use in each bedroom. They gave me essential oil as a gift, and I appreciated it. Thanks for helping by email.

The products are quality and work well. I have multiple ozone generators including the WiFi ones and a portable one for car/fridge. Also the solar for water purification and one for ozonating water for cleaning things. They do well what they are supposed to do, but don’t expect a polished app or apple-level-user experience. However do expect reliability and robustness, that is why I’m giving 5 stars. Although the app needs to get fully translated from Chinese and some bugs cleaned up. The devices are still great at their basic functionality. I’m satisfied.

Great product! This ozone machine is the best. Keeps every room in the house fresh and clean smelling and helps my daughter with her allergies.

I have four APH260s. I had some problems with the digital displays and contacted Customer Service. Julie and Karen were so helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me troubleshoot, and ultimately sent me a new unit completely hassle-free. They were professional and even checked back with me to make sure things were going okay. Really good customer experience.

Once you became involved the order correction was immediate. The integrity of a business is not determined when everything goes well, It is decided when things go wrong and how they respond. After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.

The unit I received is defective and doesn't to turn on the way the instruction manual says it is supposed to.

Update. They sent me a replacement that does work.

I had issues with the first mobile ozone machine sent. Sent an email to customer support and they were helpful. The company was quick to send another unit free of charge. Received the new mobile ozone and so far so good! I purchased the open box for a great price.

We have a bought 6 of their air purifiers and have loved them. I use one in my classroom also. They have helped my allergies and also helped our house smell fresh, even with two dogs! They also have great customer service!

Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.
