Yes, they have competitive pricing, and that is all they have. Their support is nonexistent. No response if you have an issue.
It‘s been six weeks since I placed my original order and still have not received anything and I am not sure I will ever receive anything.
Originally they responded, but it seems like they only have one day a week where someone is actually handling their mails.
When things do not go smooth, they prefer to ignore your problems.

Only store I could find stocking a particular product (optics, not a RIF) after years of searching. Took a chance and ordered to UK mainland, riskily paying by bank transfer which was the only option.

I did have to chase the package by email when it failed to arrive in the expected time, but customer service was polite and helpful, offering an apology and explanation that the package had encountered issues in shipping supposedly related to Brexit/paperwork. The courier had returned it to them, and they had dispatched it a second time with a different courier.

Despite my scepticism the package did eventually arrive (after fulfilling a request to pay customs duty), and the item was as both as described and fully functional.

Product recived in perfect condition, fast delivery.
Only thing was not being able to purchase via card, had to make a bank transfer.
But else was a plesant experince.

I ve bought Airsoft Equipment about 700eur, the delivery takes 5 days inEU. But the delivery is Not Completed and one thing was exhibition. After emails the dealer Said for compensation. So am waiting 9 days and nothing Happens, now ive get Refund! Thx alots

the item arrived finally one month later...

went on their website and the first thing i did was look at trust pilot, then i went back on their website and saw that there were random things in my cart that i didnt add to the cart 45 items totaling 1591.12 Euro to be exact. I dont trust this website and i wouldnt if i were you.

Unbelievable bad company bought on their web shop almost a month ago now and have not received a tracking number or anything from them except a mail saying my order number is processing tried both their mail and support but no answer now I have received a mail asking if I want to rate the product but I have not received my order yet! DON’T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

The only problem is in the communication ( and then not that much ) . If you are looking if they are legit , yes they are . Did I get everything what ordered yes I did . I will buy from them again in the future. I recommend .

Do not buy from these people, my parcel went missing and the courier can’t help without the retailer contacting them . I have tried every Avenue possible and cannot get a response from this shop. Hence I never received anything, cost 180 euro , so I am now out of pocket . Do NOT buy from these guys as you may as well just throw your money away .

I've bought a tracer unit at the webshop, but it does not work properly. The bb's that comes out of it, are not bright enough and only every 3rd to 5th tracer bb's comes out illuminated.

Placed my order more then a week ago no update or anything when will i receive it.

during service of my beretta m9a1 they replaced wrong part with the broken one from some spare old gun and glued!!! parts together, also now magazine is leaking and before it was good (I cannot prove that they have replaced it), altogether, prices can be competitive, but you have no service at all, they are just bunch of amateurs faking any kind of customer services

dont answer calls, just put phone down before had chance to speak,
