I did my order at Sunday now is Tuesday and my order still on hold and I don't have any answer yet....

I phoned up to check if what i wanted was in stock and to ask a few questions before making my order. The staff member i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering the rif was seamless and it was with me within a couple of days. The site having the new up-to-date stock check was excellent.

I was in the shop over 1 hour and Ricky was very polite and helpful will be going back soon to visit the shop

The mag arrived on time and is great, so i will be ordering another one.

Ordered a TM MP7 GBB could of took 3 weeks, was delivered to my house in 2 days! Will be ordering from here again

Je cherchais une pièce qu'on ne trouve plus en France, j'ai commandé lundi je l'ai reçu le lundi d'après, via royal mail "flat rate". Pas de numéro de suivi à la commande car tout petit colis, pour plus gros il doivent surement en fournir un.. bonne réactivité aussi, j'avais une question par email on m'a répondu le lendemain, honnête et à l'heure ce sont des bons ! merci

Great in communicating but the website saying that stuff are in stock and when you checkout, your invoice is saying that,its been put on hold, becaus they do not have the item in stock,just a bit annoying, but have had success in the past

Customer service very unprofessional, no response for emais. After the purchase you find out about some additional costs, not mentioned before.
BB pistol supposed to be metal, not plastic.

Received my order very quick which is good but what the items ended up being wrong so l emailed them about returning them and as of yet I’ve not herd anything back from them which I find very unprofessional of them so for this reason I won’t be using them again

Experience, from ordering months ago, stock issues, mistakes made.
They’ve been doing this a long time, and it shows (not in a good way).

The communication is awful and so is the website and stock tracking. They need reviving, unfortunately I won’t use again.
