i strongly advice anyone who has been supplied by this company to check there usage of gas, i have been with this company since 2006 known as Cryo services previously, i check my gas usage and found out i have been charge 500% more than I use, I gave them notice of six month and paid evry invoice and they are still trying to take money from my company. they used charge me £445 fix monthly sum and them added extra charges when Co2 prices went up approx £55.00 per month. My bill from local supplier is around £120.00 per month.

Do not use this company, They will rob you.
they increase your rental prices month by month. my fees doubled in 6 months

Asked me to work for them and put me trough lots of assesements witch i ve succesfully passed. after one month they ve kicked me out with an e mail after they ve told me there s no problem on phone one day before, cuz of missing one day of work after a preebooked holliday {witch they ve agreed with before }because an delayed flight . time wasters

Never sign a contract with Air Products for gases!! I repeat...Never sign a contract with Air Products!! Do not let the initial cheap price entice you to sign. They offer great prices with low surcharges in the beginning, but after a year or two they increase the product and energy surcharges. You make adjustments to accomodate the surcharges and then they jack up the price of gas almost 50%. By this point you're paying a HUGE price for the product along with HUGE product and energy surcharges. Even if your contract states max annual increase of 2%, they still charge whatever. You have the opportunity to seek a lower price from a competitor within 15 days of the increase, but Air Products gets the chance to honor the lower price. If they honor the price, you're contract years extend for whatever length the competitor quoted. So if the competitor quoted a 5 year contract, your contract with Air Products extends 5 years which locks you back in and the cycle starts over. What's frustrating is while you're trying to figure out what your small business can do to offset the cost, Air Products reports higher than expected profits which I'm sure drives the value of their stock up. Hmm, seems a little fishy to me. If anything changes I'll update my review.

That should be their company name.
When I set up my account they told me the price for the rental but after 6 months it doubled in price. And when I wanted to close my account as I wasn't going to pay double all they want to do is send debt collectors emails. I had a dispute about a £40 delivery charge when I was the o e that collected the cylinder.

Diabolical Service.

We had ordered some Argon welding gas on Friday 19th November to be delivered. We were told it would be delivered on Wednesday/ Thursday (24th/25th November), no sooner, no later.

We had work to do away from the workshop booked in on those days so we rescheduled those to suit our gas delivery.

We were out on Tuesday on one of our rescheduled days and we suddenly get a phone call at 3pm saying the driver was outside our premises with the gas….. with no notice whatsoever that they were going to be attempting an earlier delivery…

We had about an hours worth of work left and we were up London, so about an hours away from the workshop.

The driver had to go as he couldn’t wait and as it’s unsafe to leave the bottle outside our workshop he had to take the gas with him.
Telling me it’ll be back out tomorrow.

We literally just got off the phone with one of your staff who tells us it now won’t be coming until Friday…. This is not acceptable and has literally put us in a bad situation as the work has to be complete and out by Friday…

Very disappointed with this service…

Absolutely disgusted with Air products. We took a contract with them for gas bottles in may 21 , our first invoice dated may was £37.94 and we were told there could be a slight increase in following months. It's now Oct and I've just received the September invoice which is £83.00. That's a huge increase over 4 months. What a joke. Needless to say we've cancelled the contract and have gone to a much better company with much better prices and customer service (air products don't care as long as they get their money). As a small family run business this increase was too much. I definitely wouldn't recommend them and advise others to hunt around, better companies and better deals are available.

I worked @ AP for > 35 years. I was encouraged to get a flu shot every year. When I retired, out of habit, I went to the same place AP designated for flu shots, and I was denied. Yes, denied a $25 shot, some places for free. I went there out of convenience, not $25. It is sad I was encouraged all those years to get a shot, to maintain productivity, but after retirement, AP doesn't care about the employee. Maybe their thought process is I will die if I don't get the flu shot and they will no longer have to pay me my pension? All about the EBITDA. My, AP has changed.

Air Products is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. The managers are top notch and truly care about their employees. We are brothers and sisters there. That is what really makes it special. Boss John really makes it special.

Awful company rude unhelpful charges for paper invoices
Also charge us for delivery when we are picking the gas up. Also charges after you returned the gas bottles
Then letters threatening debt collection or court!!!!

twice burnt..their business model seems to be to get you contracted at a good rate then very quickly bump up the hire rates to silly levels then hound you with debt collection if you dont pay

Awful company been passed from one team to another then back again not helpful nobody knows what's going on different storys from eatch team not worth it al all got your gas from somone else

My liquid nitrogen provider until now. Due to their negligence they caused me a lot of inconvenience and financial loss. The worst of all how they dealt with this situation without any intention to make the situation better. If you are looking for a liquid nitrogen provider I definitely recommend to find someone else. They don't care...
