Our driver Attila was punctual, polite and thoughtful. He was driving carefully and the whole experience went without a hitch. The car was clean and comfortable.
The payment went exactly as advertised, I paid in the car, with card.

Excellent airport/hotel transfer service
This was the second time we have used ATB for return transfers. We were very impressed with the service on both occasions.
The 2 factor authentication at the point of booking through email and text/WhatsApp is reassuring, as is the code you are given that the driver must match when you arrive at the airport. Our drivers sent a message introducing themselves a short time before collection time-again very reassuring to know everything was fine. At the inbound collection we received this message as soon as we landed, saying our driver would be waiting for us as we exited airport arrivals. He gave us clear instructions so it was very easy to find him, and was in a space very close to the exit door. Both drivers arrived very promptly, were very friendly and polite, cars were clean and well maintained and were well driven. I would highly recommend using this company, and we certainly will use them again if we return to Budapest.

Budapest in February.
There was an issue with the pick up from the airport as the driver had his phone taken by a customer in error which resulted in a 30 min delay. The pick up to the airport was on time with no issues.
Our driver Mr Zoli couldn't have been any more apologetic for the initial delay encountered & his conversation & advise on what to do & see in Budapest was second to non. I would personally like to thank Mr Zoli for his professionalism & advise. All in all I would recommend this company to future passengers :-)

Good value service
The driver was on time and the journey to the airport was comfortable. It is easy to book online and as a woman traveling on my own I appreciated that the driver had to identify himself with a code that was provided to me in advance.

Excellent service we arranged a return to the airport and both times the taxi was on time. The ATB taxi driver was great and we were driven safely. Would recommend and use again. A very arrogant and less friendly…
A very arrogant and less friendly customer service I must say. If you want a glimpse, just drop an e-mail to their customer service for queries and see the responses, you will yourself see. All these people keep on replying is that if your booking details not final, don't book without even reading/understanding anything.
I seriously think they don't deserve any rating. Deceived by the good ratings it had.

Stress free ride to hotel after long travel day
Our driver was waiting at the exit to security holding a board with my name on it. He helped us with our luggage and we walked to the car. He took us safely to our hotel and helped with getting our luggages into the hotel reception. Excellent service.

Excellent service, professional and on time
Found ATB on the internet, lovely to find a company that does what it says it is going to do. Simple and efficient booking process by email, fast confirmation back from them. Looks to be a very competitive rate, We even got a discount on our return journey. Driver was waiting for us at the airport and we had a no hassle journey to our hotel. Same for the return journey, driver arrived five minute early. The price less than the normal taxi fare. Will certainly use again and would definitely recommend.
