Airport Specialists Cars Omdömen

The driver was prompt and communication was great. He was lovely with our baby and we felt safe in his vehicle. The whole experience was easy and hassle free. I would definitely use the company again

Had very pleasant driver and felt very safe with his driving. Also assisted my husband where required

Very relaxed start to my holiday compared to driving, parking, catching buses etc.
David was on time, friendly and helpful.

Really helpful and responsive to a situation we had even though we couldn’t use them in the end but would definitely book to use them again in the future

Admin excellent.
Driver excellent

A fantastic service. Pick up both ways on time. Nice comfortable cars, good safe drivers.

Excellent experience! I was even running a bit behind, and the driver politely waited. He was a gentlemen!

Having used Airport Specialists Cars before, this time just confirmed why we use their services, with all aspects covered. Professional and courteous, with the drivers used, dealing directly with us, carrying out their part in the same manner. I would recommend them to all friends and family, and will be using their services again in February 2025.

Excellent company. Prompt service. Always kept the client/customer up to date. Both drivers are very smartly dressed, no matter what time of day/eve early hours of the morning. Brilliant interaction with client/customers. They go above and beyond nothing is to much to trouble. A great start to our holidays. Thank you to both drivers and the Company certainly would recommend to friends and family.

After booking Airport Specialists we received confirmation emails, then the day before travel we received emails and text confirming the details (name, car description) of driver. We had an early flight so booked pick up for 3am. Driver arrived at 02:55. Obviously an experienced driver as he knew the airport drop off system very well. On our return again the day before we received a detailed email and text. Our driver was waiting as we exited customs and again took our bags. There were some planned road closures on our route home which our driver was aware of so it was a relaxing journey back. We had the same driver for both journeys which eased any stress we had. The cost of the booking was less that the cost of petrol and parking at the airport and obviously alot less stress. Both transfers we had were completely faultless and we have no hesitation of recommending this company. The communication with them before and during our holiday was excellent.

Use regular with work, all the members of the team are very friendly and chat. Always early and would highly recommend.

As always, car immaculate and comfortable, driver very professional and prompt, even at a 01.30 pickup. Nice touch to have a bottle of water for each of us in the door pocket.

Pick up was on time. Car was clean and well kept. Driver was polite and profesional. Journey was pleasant. What more can you ask for from an airport transfer. Very impressed and looking forward to using again in the near future.

A perfect journey. Pick up was on time as was the drop off at Heathrow. Driver (Sandor) was polite, helpful and was quite willing to chat with me if I was, otherwise he left me to enjoy the journey in silence which suited me perfectly. Thank you.

Ian, our Chauffeur, was friendly and efficient - and we reached Bristol Airport on time despite the inclement weather

Prompt, immaculate car and considerate driver

Fantastic service the driver was excellent. I will definitely be booking you again and will happily recommend you to my friends and family .

Great communication, on time, courteous, relaxing drive to the airport. Perfect start to a holiday.

The professionalism of all staff were outstanding from every aspect.

Polite and professional. We could not have wanted anything else. We will not hesitate to use this company again.
