Airport Taxi (JAPAN) Omdömen 

The ride to the Airbnb was ok. Driver was not Japanese, google directions were Chinese so I'm assuming he was Chinese. I didn't appreciate the fact that he started to drive off while my wife was STILL strapping in our baby. When we arrived however he was very helpful in getting our luggage out so I guess I forgive him. And he wasn't responsible for our failed ride the following morning. We were scheduled for a 10 am pick up. We called to confirm as it was already 10 and Japanese people are very punctual. They first said they were trying to get a hold of the driver to know how far away he was... Never called us back so 10 min I called again and they apologized saying they couldn't get a hold of the driver. They assured me this time they'd get back to me in the next 5 min. At 1017 they called to apologize and said they were sending a different driver as they couldn't contact the primary driver and didn't know where he was. At 1020 I called back to see if they could even get someone to my location in time and what was the expected ETA? They agreed that it would take another hour or so before they'd have someone. They offered to pay for our taxi fares. Since we had requested the huge van (Toyota Hiace model) for our family they recommended two taxis and they'd cover the cost. Luckily our Airbnb hosts were still outside waiting with us and called the cabs and had two come within 7 minutes. The cost for each cab was about $200. To this company's credit, they did offer to pay. But they wanted my bank account number, routing number, and branch. I don't trust them enough to give them this info. So I lost $400 that day and they lost a customer forever. As one reviewer stated that they just contract drivers, it's very possible. I would not believe their own reviews on their website. They tout 4.5 stars. I tried multiple times to try and find a way to leave a review there, but it's impossible. Do not use this company even though they are touted on Japan web and Japan travel (where I heard about them). A company that cannot contact its driver and has no way of tracking its vehicles is not a transportation company.

This company is simply an agent that pays for Google sponsored ads but contracts with other local taxi companies. Their cancellation charges are egregious and they are incredibly inflexible. Do not use them under any circumstance!
I booked a taxi for my family and their website said the car (which is a massive Toyota Alphard) could fit 8 suitcases. However, after I booked they asked me to fill out a questionnaire and made me state the number of every single item, including handbags that would be on our laps. They also considered my child’s car seat as an additional item even though she’d be sitting on it! Based on that, they said we needed to pay extra for an even bigger car. I challenged this but they insisted this was necessary. The night before the pickup, they email me to tell me that they don’t have the large car and therefore they will send two of the Alphards. I told them it was unnecessary but they didn’t respond to my email and sent two vans anyway. It turned out that I had accidentally booked for the day before (entirely my fault). I completely accept a penalty charge for having the drivers come and wait, but they insisted they would have to charge the full amount (the higher rate for the larger van).
Their terms and conditions do not clearly state these charges.
