I've never dealt with a consolidator before and I was worried that if there was any kind of issue with travel, I would be in trouble. I was due to land during the historic northeast snowstorm this past week and my flights were cancelled. Cyrus and Adrian rescheduled my husband and me to the same flights three days later. They were terrific and we will be using them in the future.

What I appreciate the most on working with Brian is that he’s available all the time. Either I’m on EST time or in Europe - I always get an answer within a minute since I text him (and this is via WhatsApp).

It doesn’t pay to be loyal to one airline. Much more practical to be loyal to one person in one company to access the best available rates from the best airline.

In the post Covid era with complimentary upgrades for all I have gone from being loyal to one airline where I racked up 1,700,000 miles through the years to being loyal to Brian from airbusinesstravel.com.
