Airbeas Travel UK  Omdömen

I want to give Neo Airbeas Travel UK an enormous shout out who worked beyond their working hours to listen to my nightmare scenario: A separate agency (booking.com) and airline (China Eastern Airlines) who I'd booked with 4 months ago to travel from London to Brisbane cancelled 8 days before flying with no alternative options of travel and had to chase and chase to provide a refund which I've still not received.

Neo explained who they are and how they could help by having live and direct updates and fare prices from the airline (Cathay Pacific). Neo was extremely patient and understanding to my criteria and needs whilst offering assurance to the guarantee and safety of my travel.

In future I will never go with random travel agencies like booking.com or Expedia who are poorly reviewed for air travel for good reason!

Please note I am still yet to board the plane so I hope this isn't preemptive but for assurance, quality of service and my flight tickets which are viewable on the Cathay Pacific app, 10/10! Thank you so much Neo, extremely calm, collective and informative individual.

Zara was patient and explained everything to me and managed to change my flight.

Jeff served me very well, and found me an airline ticket that met my needs and was affordable.

All reviews are fake, and these agents requests to get that feedback by sending this link, their agent Jeff is pathetic. pls watch out this agency they are big scam. all false statement.

I want to rate negative to this agency, especially that agent Jeff and Amit. they are the worst made all false statement initially and offered a ticket with changes available later with differences to pay but when I called for change they said penalty i need to pay. but clearly i was told there wont be any penanlty its only differences. they are big fraud pls be careful

One of the worst agent I ever booked a ticket with, while booking tickets untill you make a payment they will give all fake promises. The moment you booked a ticket and paid they will change their statement. Jeff is one such guy and did the same thing with me. So Becareful before choosing any such services.

please watch out with this agency. we agreed on ticket fare and i was sent link to make payment. on their website there's option to make payment with amex but this is untrue. i received the link to make payments and and after several times of receiving payment error messages guess what, the they said i was rather the one who delayed payment which is untrue. its a scam. the option available was to pay higher amount the agreed price. its just a scam

I just booked and checked in for a flight to Dubai. Zara went through the whole process with me from looking for the best flight times to the best value for my trip. She was very pleasant, patient and considerate of the time sensitivity of my requests. She explained everything to me properly and professionally. Overall it was a smooth transaction that took only two hours and a few minutes. Now all I have to do is get myself to the airport on time and cross my fingers nothing goes wrong 🤞🤞so far it’s been pretty good experience. Thank you.

I recently used Airbeas Travel to book tickets for myself and my parents, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. A special shoutout to Jeff, who was incredibly attentive, understood our requirements perfectly, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the ideal tickets. His professionalism and dedication made the entire process seamless.
