I have an issue of withdrawal, it spent 3 days to verify my withdrawal transaction, after I received the email that declare my withdrawal successfully but I never receive single cent into my bank account. I like a joker need to keep ask the CS but they just ask me to wait until end of the day. In the end still never get, then CS said will investigate and get back to me thru email. I was waited 2 days in the end never receive any email for update, then again I look for CS, they decided to ignore my msg and no reply me even read my msg. What a wonderful customer service u all providing . So now, can I know how is my withdrawal status now? Success but no money?

I have an on going case with aimsfx I placed an LTC order for 3 lots and then an order for 1 lot of LTC I snapped a screenshot and noted that it was in the position holding and actively trading I was shocked moments later when I was liquidated and even more shocked when I realized that my 1 lot had changed to 10 lots I asked for an audit but all they did was check to see if my account was functioning normally they claim my order was accurate and it was probably my fault they ignored my screenshot and claim the end result is all that matters I am still trying to make sense of this so if you’re trading using aimsfx watch your trade because they don’t do anything to help you

Yo tenía un saldo de 1444, 09 que como ya conté, Aims no me dejaba rescatar. Durante meses no he operado, a principios de mes me enviaba el extracto con 0 movimientos e igual saldo. Después de esta reseña negativa, en Trustpilot, que Aims denunció, Sorpresa, hoy me envía un nuevo extracto con - 1883,73 . No inviertan aquí su dinero. Que yo sepa, cada vez somos más en esta situación. Tengo todas las pruebas.

I have only been trading for a short period of time, and on my first attempt to withdraw funds, the transfer was rejected. The withdrawal was flagged for review, resulting in a 72-hour hold on the funds. After requesting an update, I received a final rejection notification via email. The request now requires me to pay a verification fee to release my funds. However, contacting customer service through the company portal also necessitates paying this fee, which is 40% of the withdrawal amount.
If my withdrawal were for the total deposit, the fee would be $50,500, which is about one-third of my investment. No other brokers charge a verification fee like this. All communication has been conducted through this website:

I tried toI tried to withdraw and they locked me out of my account denied my transfer and refuse to communicate with me through their customer service email and it has been almost two and a half weeks they are thieves and I am reporting them don't ever trust them for any reason. If I could provide the screenshots I would do not send your money to them no one has had a good experience and the only reviews that report good experiences are probably robots they are thieves and they will be prosecuted soon....
I have proof of my account being prohibited after trying to withdraw and then weeks of emails trying to get a hold of someone to resolve or return my funds

WhatsApp messages and Tips required
I received a WhatsApp message from a non company account. Red Flag. They told me to pay tax liable on my profits and within 24 hours my withdraw would be transferred to my account. I paid the tax and they asked me to pay Yuan 1000 as a tip to prioritise my transferred money. Otherwise it could take 2 weeks for my transfer to happen. This is false advertising. This is asking for under the table transactions to happen for them to live up to their expectations. The WhatsApp number is a UK number from a customer service representative who says she is in Hong Kong. She is insisting I pay the extra money to ensure I receive my profits within 24 hours. This is a non trusting company, who's communications are way below what is expected from a financial organisation.

HORRIFIC... the pamm program they apparently offer is an absolute mess... my account liquidated 3 times, the first 2 they put the money back because it was a mess... some accounts were liquidated, others not touched, some in deep negative!! this happen 3 times... I now have a formal complaint with their regulators and metaquest. stay away from these guys and Aaron, the apparent owner of the company yet if he is in China, there is no one to help... so it looks like its a one man show.
stay away, I never got an email to suggest a margin call and the margins were nowhere near a margin call, they don't pay rebate for a week, standard is same day, their communication is dreadful,
i have 9 years trading experience and I have never dealt with such a horrific broker...
my clients could not even take a partial withdrawal out... they promise lots and deliver nothing but headaches.
I will keep everyone posted as to how they handle this and what the regulators find out about the poor handling of this situation. over 6 figures lost!
