One star because they actually arrived, and the color looked like the picture. Other than that, the quality was poor and the size of the shoe was way off. Size said 42 but the shoe was at least three sizes too small. Didn’t even try returning them to Europe, will just donate them.

Do not order from here!! I’ve had TWO issues. I’ve been trying to send back two pairs of shoes for months now. 1 just wasn’t true to its size and the other I was sent and charged twice for. They will not refund me fully or just send a shipping label. Why is it that the consumer should suffer and pay for it? This is poor business and poor practice. I am extremely disappointed. They have not responded to me yet on getting a full refund and therefore I am now writing poor reviews on them (and also warned them).

The shoes I received didn’t match the colors nor the quality . And when I tried to return , this was their reply “ in our return policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs” and “direct refund of 30% (15 USD) to your original payment account”
