Absolute junk, broke after 4 cycles, company would not honor warranty.

I bought 2 adapters during a special (more than 30 days ago). I installed one right away and it appeared to be OK. However, the hinge was loose and would not tighten sufficiently to prevent the handle from "flopping" around.

Fast forward to last week at the range. I noticed the weapon was having trouble cycling. I applied some oil and it seemed to help.

When I got home, I noticed the brace was not in alignment with the receiver. Also, the brace would not fold. Then I noticed what appears to be a damaged adapter. The hinge portion had bent preventing the adapter from working correctly.

I compared the damaged one to the one I have not installed and it is obvious something is not right.

I removed the damaged adapter and returned to the original configuration.

I reached out to customer service and their response was "We are truly sorry to hear that your adapter is experiencing issues, and we understand how frustrating this can be."
"However, after reviewing your order, we have confirmed that the 30-day warranty period for refunds, replacements, and returns has expired."

That's truly unfortunate.

WARNING: Products are not 4140 steel as they claim and advertise on their website. When asking how to return due to false advertising, they state promotional items are not refundable. Appears based on this message this is a SCAM company that misleads and then sites a portion of their refund policy that has nothing to do with the actual issue. No apologies, no stating that it is in fact 4140 steel (which I tested and it is not) just straight to you cant return.

Stay away from this company and this unsafe product. I made the mistake of ordering from them before reading the reviews and there are multiple reviews stating that it breaks after the first few shots. I put in a request to cancel the order before it was shipped and they denied it and said it can’t be cancelled and I can not return it because it was part of a buy one get one free promotion. So I am not able to return it. How can they sale an unsafe product and also say they have a 30 day return policy.

Zero stars. Find it funny how many fake comments are on here. There is nothing good about this product. They lie about there return policy, strong arm you with a BS automated response that everyone gets, sells inferior products made of cheap metal which are known to fail, Ill say I’m surprised no one has gotten hurt yet. I’m sure it’ll happen eventually. Company is a scam.beet part is they try to remove your review… Stay far far away

There is no 30-day money back guarantee as the shipment and receipt of product takes more than 30 days, leaving no time for review nor return if not happy. Poor product, poor customer service and a morally/ethically challenged business practices.

Put it on, fired my rifle. Fired 4 rounds and then the buffer stop nipple (sorry, don’t really know the name for it) snapped off after it got caught between the buffer and the bolt extension you get in the box. Not a fan. Cool concept, just wish it would function

They are selling products that do not meet quality standards. At first glance they look very good, but when you install them, they break, the thread slips, and sometimes the gun does not work properly... When you try to purchase the product, they tell you the story that because it is a final sale and a bundle, they cannot be returned, something that is not stated when you make the purchase...

I bought one of these cheap folding adapters and they are absolutely junk! Do not buy this product. The hinge it’s weak and won’t hold the stock in the folded position. There is a noticeable gap where the two pieces meet making the firearm unsafe to fire. The bolt and buffer assembly will be misaligned and could cause serious damage to the firearm and/or injury to the user. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Scam company. I bought 3 when the company first launched around shot show 2024 and back then the website specs were 100% false claiming they were billet steel and I was able to get them to change some of their lies on the site but they have non existent customer service and their products will fail after 1-2 uses. DO NOT BUY THESE. They have about 4 other brands all the same product but different sites. Only buy a law tactical or if you have to slyvania arms. Trust me.

Worst company ever. Don’t buy. I spent $250 in products that never arrived and I am told there is nothing I can do about it. They refuse to refund the money or actually deliver the products.

Worse service ever experiance with a company. Shipping took a week shy of a month. Hard to contact and recive timely updates. Base on their ability to care the product is probably just as bad. Have not recived it yet, due to their month long shipping process. So can not give an accurate statement on product.

Never received product. Customer service completely useless company is a scam

my complaint is customer service bought the item for a Christmas present and wasn't installed till 011425. One worked great the other didn't seat properly causing BCG to bind in buffer tube asked for help and due to being past the 30 return they were not willing to help even though the item had been opened on the 24th and finally installed on the 14th. I would not recommend this company due to customer service

They WILL NOT HONOR RETURN POLICY. That said they are aluminum and break almost immediately. Complete scam Chinese company, looks legit but is a scam to get your money and send a Temu product that could get you killed

Purchased 3 units, NONE would lock up and flopped open when fired. THEN they wanted a restocking fee when I wanted a “free” return. Wow. what a bunch of hacks. Product is worse than their bad customer service.

Never received them, and support is non-existent. Have tried multiple ways to contact. No chance of refund or replacement. Company seems like a scam, and might be a good thing I didn't recieve the adapters as the reviews here make it clear that it is dangerous. Stay away from this company.

I inadvertently bought the Christmas package then realized we didn't have anything to use these in. I immediately tried to cancel the order and was told I couldn't. Tried to return them when I finally received them and I am still being told I can't return them. They have not been used. I don't have anything to use them with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible product that will get you killed of you use it!
Sloppy craftsmanship leaves the stock floppy and the bolt carrier gets jammed regularly.
30 day return policy is garbage. They absolutely will not even give you the time of day after that. I bought 6 for Christmas gifts and now can’t return them! Do not buy!
