Scam Warning

Never received my order. No answer to my E-Mails 😡😡😡

IT’S A SCAM! I placed an order for 200 Euros 2 months ago, I received 1 piece out of 4. The piece that I received was NOTHING like the photo on the website. The quality was EXTREMELY poor and does not match the price. As for the rest of my order, it’s still “on the way” since 2 months ago. I contacted them through their “customer service” email, it bounced back. Then DMed them on Instagram, no response. Please DO NOT buy from them.

Please do not buy from them - SCAM!! The quality is exceptionally poor and the actual clothes I received have nothing to do with the pictures. If you try to contact customer services by email and all the emails are bouncing back. I have been trying to get a refund and haven’t heard anything from them despite my multiple attempts to contact them. Completely ridiculous.

Scammers. You buy “Spanish brand” with nice story and get the cheapest “TEMU”. I received part of the order, some were “half piece”. No answer on emails.

I’ve been scammed £190. They sent half my order and the quality was awful. The too didn’t even have a clasp to join it together. Tried emailing, messaging , and when I left a comment on their instagram post they blocked me. Anyone have any advice how to get my money back?

🚨 SCAM WARNING – Aiguanua.com (Aiga Nua Clothing) 🚨

I want to warn everyone about Aiguanua (aiguanua.com).

I placed my order on July 17th. On their website they clearly state that delivery to Europe takes 7–12 days, but my package only arrived on August 14th — almost a month later.

When it finally arrived, the clothes were horrible quality, nothing like the photos. I paid €189.98 for items that look like cheap, poorly made fabric.

I tried to contact the company multiple times:
• Sent messages via the contact form on their website
• Wrote to two different email addresses

👉 All my emails bounced back, and I received no response at all.

What’s worse, the company misleads customers by advertising the clothes as “Spanish design”, but in reality the package was shipped directly from China.

This is a fraudulent business. Many customers report the same issues: late or missing deliveries, terrible quality, and no customer service.

⚠️ Please do NOT buy from Aiguanua.com. They are tricking people and taking their money.

I have reported them to consumer protection authorities and my bank. Even if I don’t get my money back, I want others to be warned and stay safe.

On 8 July 2025, I ordered the Katherina Long Dress (Order No. AI1660) from aiguanua.com, paying €109.99 via MasterCard. The product was never delivered, and the seller has ignored all my attempts to contact them via web form, e-mail, and Instagram.

Based on my experience, I believe this is a SCAM and strongly advise others to avoid this website/company. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please get in touch so we can jointly report the case to the relevant authorities.

I paid nearly €90 for a dress that looks nothing like the pictures. What I received was a cheap, see-through, shapeless piece of fabric that doesn’t even resemble the advertised product.
Their customer service is non-existent. Emails bounce back, and they clearly try to block complaints after purchase. This is a textbook scam disguised as a fashion brand.
Avoid at all costs.

Fake website you pay alot of money and get fake chinies instead!

This is a cheap Chinese brand, the customer service mail doesn’t exist! Pleaser avoid this website!

Het is oplichterij, lijkt heel mooi de setjes maar ik heb na weken wachten het setje binnen gehad en het is afschuwelijk. Lijkt niets van op de foto en het is nog heel klein ook!!! Doei 125 euro want terug sturen kan ook niet
