I can't comment on the service, but I will comment on support. I asked for a refund, since I purchased the product in error, and it was processed within a matter of hours. Using ai agents, so fairly impressive.

100% scam - don't fall for it

Just does not work. By mistake I signed up for a year and there is no refund.
It takes a good few hours to get character by character a reply.

After 2 chats, the responses are clearly unintelligent and crap. I cancelled and am still asking for refund. I signed up for an annual plan, which is stupid. (Note to self: Dont sign up when you're in a hurry.)

Reading their fine print, if you cancel within 14days (applicable to long-term subscription) and have less than 10 messages, they would refund. - The 2 chats had a total of 2 and 6 messages/exchanges, respectively. - Still waiting for a professional response AND refund.

A complete scam, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. It is their own LLM, not Claude or Grok or ChatGPT etc, this is completely false advertising.

It looks legit, sounds like a real product, and even borrows OpenAI style branding. But once you try it, the scam becomes obvious. The bot is a useless shell with no intelligence behind it.

I’ve submitted a complaint with my credit card provider and I won’t stop until these scammers are shut down.
