I live alone
I live alone. Drivers left items on my door step. I asked if they were heavy and they said no. One item was £22kgs and I weigh 45kgs.
I had to ask neighbours to help. This is not ok.

Once again the delivery driver had no…
Once again the delivery driver had no intention of moving 2 heavy radiator any further than the gate. They were left outside and he scarpered. Driver doesn't have a trolley to help him.
Product themselves were fine as usual. As a regular customer I will have to re-think my supplier.

Great price on the shower door
Great price on the shower door. Delievered on time.
Instructions were awful and tiny.
Got there in the end and it looks very good.
I had to change the door seal as it too tight for a 760 mm gap

A very wet delivery……
Sadly first impressions count…..
& I must say I was not very impressed!
All the packaging was either wet or very wet with dents & a couple of tears in the damp cardboard.
Although I haven’t unpacked any of the glass items,
thankfully there doesn’t seem to be anything broken.
As for the two long “trime” packages I’m not so sure?
I will find out later in the week when the plumber comes to install……
Hopefully everything is there?

Thanks very much for your feedback, I have checked the delivery photos, should be fine, due to the bad weather currently, so the packaging gets wet, but it is fine inside, if you have any problem about it please come to us, we will get it replaced or refund your money. we will talk to our warehouse and ask them to make sure all products are kept inside the warehouse, not outside.

Good communication
Good communication! I asked for a specific day delivery and although, they say it wouldn't happen, they made it happen. The communication from Aica, delivery drive and customer was very good. The item arrived and the ordering was easy. I am yet to check the quality of the item once the person who fits the shower door opens the box but I have a good feeling.
