Just what I've been searching for.
I had been searching for ages, looking a suitable for my swollen feet. To make things more difficult, my foot size is UK 12.5. Most slipper suppliers only stock up to size 12. You can imagine my relief when I found a pair of size 13 with EEE width fitting. The price was also very good. Since receiving them and wearing them, I have found them to be a good fit (true to size) and very comfortable. They have a large opening, so they are easy to get on and off.

Hello,
We are very sorry for this delay. We can see from the tracking information that it is now arriving on Wednesday, the 7th of May. This is due to delays in one of the main sorting depots. We can only apologise as we dispatched your order right away. Please let us know if this has not arrived by the due date and we will issue your refund or send out an exchange. Apologies again for this inconvenience.

We ask that you consider this: feedback is crucial for a small business. Since you didn't reach out to us earlier, we were unaware of the delay. Once we dispatch the item, it is with the courier, and issues like this occur in about one out of a thousand cases. However, we have done everything possible on our end. Could you please reconsider your feedback?
Kind Regards.
