We really enjoyed this amazing place with our family of six.

The villa is exactly as described on the website. It is an amazing place to enjoy nature, relax, and experience all the wonderful food and beauty that the Umbria region has to offer.

Our host, Silvia, was very friendly, helpful, and proactive in responding to our requests. She was available 24/7 throughout our stay and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything.

We have now stayed at this place twice, and we were very happy to see that the condition of the villa was even better the second year. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, and the pool is regularly checked by the staff (once or twice a week) to make sure the pH and chlorine levels are correct.

Everything was perfect. It is a clean location equipped with everything you need. It is perfect if you want to avoid being surrounded by neighbors and have your own space.

We stayed at Limani Apartment in Loggos Paxos, lovely apartment, fantastic air con and amazing view from balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here and we had a smooth straight forward booking experience with Agni Travel. Apartment had keys in door and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Very happy with communication etc and would highly recommend Agni travel and Limani apartment Loggos Paxos

Villa Stratos location is perfect, were peacuful location, but still near highway.

Loved Villa Katerina. Comfortable, clean, great location and brilliant pool.
Service from Agni was spot on, before and during the stay.
I'd have no issues using again and would gladly recommend to others.

À peine arrivée les draps du lits étaient sales . Le mur de la montée d’escalier plein de cloques et de moisissure . J’ai contacté Agni travel qui m’a annoncé un orage récent qui aurait endommagé le mur intérieur . Impossible vue l’état cela fait longtemps que ce mur aurait dû être réparé et on loue la maison comme ça . Aucun rabais ni remboursement de quoique ce soit ni d’excuses par rapport aux travaux qui n’ont pas été réalisé entre deux locations . Lamentable à fuir !

Great package villa holiday with Jet2 and Agni Travel. The villa owner, Androula, is one of the nicest people we have ever met! She is welcoming and highly responsive without being overbearing.
We booked Villa Charianna in Agia Marina through Jet2Villas, and the entire process was seamless. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for a large group or family with its 4 bedrooms. We spent most of our time in the fantastic outdoor pool area, which features a BBQ and boasts incredible sunset views over the sea.The location is very peaceful and remote. It’s a short walk down to the local beach, but we highly recommend keeping the hire car that Jet2 includes in the package. You will definitely need it to get to the main supermarkets, restaurants, and neighbouring areas like Polis or Latchi. The property was well-presented upon arrival, Androulas thoughtfully stocked some essentials in the fridge as we arrived very late, check-in instructions were clear, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. We would happily book a Jet2/Agni villa package again.

Villa louée pour 500€ la nuit, pas d’électricité, pas d’eau, piscine inutilisable, (pas de climatisation, pas de wifi, ce qui dans ce cas est plus qu’un luxe)
Beachvillas/agnitravel n’ont pas du tout été réactifs les solutions proposées ont été catastrophiques, pas de dédommagement à hauteur des nuits, payées
Et relogemement à nos propres frais.
C’est tout simplement du vol !

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING AGNI TRAVEL.

We had a terrible experience with them during our family holiday in Paxos, in 2025. We were travelling with six children, aged 2, 3, 5, 8, 8 and 10, and the villa had serious problems.

What was even worse was Agni Travel’s response when we needed help. Instead of supporting us and helping resolve the situation, they positioned themselves against us and we were even threatened with eviction.

At one point, the villa was left without electricity and water — with six young children staying there. The situation became so serious that we had to involve the police. Only after that were the electricity and water restored.

We subsequently filed a formal complaint and engaged a lawyer in Corfu.

Problems can happen with any holiday property. What matters is how the company responsible for your booking reacts when something goes seriously wrong. In our case, instead of receiving support, an already difficult situation was made considerably worse.

A family holiday should never end with children staying in a villa without basic utilities, a visit to the police and the need to engage a lawyer.

One of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. I would never book with Agni Travel again.

Première expérience avec Agni Travel cette année pour notre voyage en famille à Chypre (Villa Domitia). La location était conforme à la description et très propre. La présence du manager à proximité a permis de résoudre un petit problème de climatisation très rapidement. Nous ferons certainement de nouveau appel à Agni Travel dans le futur

Esperienza estremamente deludente – Agni Travel

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza con Agni Travel è stata pessima, sia per le condizioni riscontrate nella struttura sia, soprattutto, per la gestione dei problemi che abbiamo segnalato.

Viaggiavamo con tre bambini e, una volta arrivati, ci siamo trovati davanti a una situazione molto diversa da quella che ci aspettavamo sulla base delle immagini e della presentazione della struttura.

Negli studio abbiamo riscontrato un fortissimo odore di muffa e umidità, oltre a segni visibili di muffa in diversi punti. Abbiamo inoltre trovato zanzariere danneggiate, condizioni di pulizia e manutenzione decisamente insufficienti e tracce/presenza di animali, compresi topi, problema che abbiamo immediatamente segnalato.

Le fotografie che abbiamo scattato durante il soggiorno documentano chiaramente diversi dei problemi riscontrati.

Ma l'aspetto che ci ha lasciati ancora più amareggiati è stata la gestione delle nostre segnalazioni.

Ci era stato comunicato che una responsabile sarebbe venuta personalmente alla struttura per parlare con noi e verificare quanto stavamo denunciando. Abbiamo aspettato per un'intera mattinata, sottraendo tempo alla nostra vacanza, ma non si è presentato nessuno.

Nessuno è quindi venuto a vedere personalmente le condizioni degli appartamenti mentre eravamo presenti.

La comunicazione è proseguita esclusivamente a distanza e abbiamo avuto la sensazione che i problemi segnalati e documentati venissero continuamente minimizzati, anziché verificati concretamente sul posto.

Questo è stato particolarmente spiacevole perché, viaggiando con tre bambini, alcune delle condizioni riscontrate ci hanno creato notevoli difficoltà e avremmo quantomeno preteso attenzione, presenza e una gestione seria della situazione.

Non stiamo parlando semplicemente di una struttura che non corrisponde ai nostri gusti: stiamo raccontando problemi concreti che abbiamo riscontrato, segnalato e documentato durante il soggiorno.

Ci aspettavamo una struttura corrispondente a quanto presentato e, soprattutto, un'assistenza adeguata nel momento in cui abbiamo segnalato i problemi.

Per la nostra esperienza, non possiamo assolutamente consigliare Agni Travel

Always helpful. Support from Andrea's and Soula..very friendly people. Clean and efficient maintenance of villa Russia Alexander's. We love the green and peaceful surroundings. We also hope that it stays that way and that no building development encroaches on the surroundings.

We spent a week at the villa—a couple with five children—and were impressed by the beauty, tranquility, and cleanliness of the place. The owners are lovely, kind people, and we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Bay Villa in Polis. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning sea views and is just a short walk from the beach. The private pool and outdoor area were fantastic, especially for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Cyprus sunsets.

The villa was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the lovely outdoor space. The location is also ideal for exploring Polis, Latchi and the beautiful Akamas area.

The host was friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.

Overall, Blue Bay Villa was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in Cyprus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended
