I ordered from their website on Wednesday. It’s now Monday and I still haven’t received any valid shipping notifications.
Their email responses are very poor and do not give any sort of reassurance that your order is on the way.
I paid £180 for my shoes and looks increasingly more likely that I will not receive them.
Very disappointing.

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as we have responded to each of your emails and provided updates regarding your order throughout.
As explained in our correspondence, we were in the process of moving premises, which caused a short delay to dispatch orders. You were advised that your order was due to be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, and we provided this reassurance in response to your enquiries.
We completely understand wanting updates when waiting for a £180 order, however, we do feel it is important to clarify that your emails were responded to and you were provided with a clear update and expected delivery timeframe.
We always aim to communicate openly with our customers and are disappointed that you felt the service you received did not reflect this.
