False advertisement all the way. I ordered a lab grown diamond and it said in big letters at the bottom and I have screenshot "lab grown diamond". I paid almost $1700. And now they are saying that I ordered synthetic. Garbage. I asked for a refund 1 hour after I bought the garbage. They still processed the payment and now they SAY I will get my refund in 2-3 days. Update: I did get my refund thankfully

I had ordered the wrong stone less than 24 hours before my call to customer service. Once I called the CSR was very helpful and got my ordered canceled. I had already ordered the correct stone before my call.

I have been looking for a loose diamond to replace the diamond that fell out of my wife's ring. I visited many websites and so many of them wouldn't allow the purchase of just the diamond they wanted you to create an entire ring. I wasn't looking for an entire ring my wife loves her ring and I want to ensure she is happy with the symbol of our marriage she has to see every time she looks at her hand. Thank you for the option to purchase just the diamond and at a price I couldn't find anywhere else. The clarity of the diamond is amazing and the size and cut are perfect. So I Thank you once again. I would recommend anyone looking for just a jewel or an entire ring to check out this company.

Everything about site indicated "Lab Grown" Diamond whereas its "Simulated". Trying to return.
Need to make it clearer whether Lab Grown or Simulated and not switch links back & forth.

My fiancé had bought my engagement ring there seven years ago. I absolutely love my ring. We are finally getting married and I was trying to find a band to go with my engagement ring. I called, didn’t have to wait very long, and the Customer Service lady was super nice and helpful and helped me find the band that I needed to go with my ring. Agape is great. I had a chip in my diamond sent it back and they replaced it and had it back within a few weeks. Highly recommend.

They take your money send you some bs and then tell you store credit only or exchange for some more bs smh stay away 🚫🙅‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I think the descriptions are ambiguous. In my case I received free 2ct. total earrings. What are they? Sterling Silver, 14ct. gold . . .? I would also like to see a human model instead of just pictures of the rings. I'm not a huge fan of your site.
