Reprehensible behaviour from Again Faster
Update: For those of us fortunate to live in Scotland you can now consider yourself living in a "remote location"
Despite ordering nearly £400 worth of equipment, exceeding the free delivery threshold, AF refused to ship my order unless I paid an additional £432 in shipping. I contacted a third party who confirmed they would deliver for less than 1/5th of the price AF was trying to charge. However, AF were unwilling to engage with any other delivery company or come to a compromise on shipping costs. Disgusted by AF’s attitude, and lack of customer service, I cancelled my order and used a different retailer that provided genuine free shipping. Thoroughly reprehensible behaviour from a retailer where I had previously spent over £5,000. In a competitive marketplace AF don’t deserve your business, consider using any other retailer before choosing AF.
