Ok so good stuff first.Price and delivery time both very good. Like really good.
However Sadly I'm disappointed that there is only customers service 9 to 5 on a weekday andzero support at weekends.
I Bought a rack it's very good, extra drop down supports and the cable pull attachment. Built it all. Last part of the brand new cable pull not even close on fitting reached out via customer support. Website chat and WhatsApp and Instagram etc.
Had to wait days to get a response as weekend which was hard as brand new equipment. Thought would take days to resolve. I was wrong . Advised to check all cable wheels as one was different and fits that specific place ( instructions not the best) sadly I had an extra of the other type. I advised them and new part was in the post before Monday lunch. So ordered on Thursday for on Friday built in Saturday and reached out. Part shipped Monday and fitted Tuesday. I'm impressed.
Will be back for more equipment.

Great Quality Gear and Good Service
Well engineered and manufactured equipment. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. One part was incorrect in my rack so I raised it by email and they replied within a day and sent the correct part out and it arrived in a couple of days. No hesitations in recommending them or ordering in the future.

Stainless Steel Powerbar - Good initial impression
Ordered the 20kg Stainless steel powerbar on the pre order in early January. Received by the 10 Jan so straight away happy with that. Gave it an initial try this evening. Very stiff bar (which is exactly what I wanted) with an reasonably aggressive knurl (also what I wanted) , the quality on the face if it appears good and the price was very reasonable. A very positive experience overall I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Was asked for additional payment after placing the order. Avoid.
Ordered a Kettlebell for my son for Christmas, entered my postcode and had the shipping price confirmed (only one shipping option was given). A couple of days after placing the order I recieved an email stating that I need to pay an additional £28 for postage or my order will be cancelled. They are now saying that I have 2 hours to pay the additional charge or I won't recieve my product before Christmas. Horrendous service from a business I thought had a good reputation.

As the delivery address was not located within Mainland UK, our flat rate shipping rates do not apply. This is due to the increased cost to us.
Our team contacted you to pay the additional cost to ship outside of Mainland UK. Due to the Christmas Holidays and increased demand on couriers, the timeline given was due to courier restrictions for pre-Christmas delivery.
We will look to make this more clear on the website.

Great quality, fast shipping.
Only issue was the delivery company which split the 7 parcels into 3 lots and took more than a week to find the last one.
