Excellent rack at good price super easy…
Excellent rack at good price super easy to put together. Get a socket set for this as spanners takes a lot longer think it used 17 and 19mm bits which I had and it was up in no time on my own. The quality is excellent. Mine replaced old one in garden. Even outside I find these last at least 10yrs. The dip attachments are very comfortable.

Great bench the best I've had in fact. The only niggle is the rubber feet near the wheels comes off when moved around but easy to put back and glad if needed. Maybe glue it on when assembled guys. But still 10/10.

Product is fine and as expected. Delivery via DHL was far from straight forward. This reflects on AF business in my eyes.
Messages regarding delivery slots sent after delivery was attempted. Rescheduled for drop at collection point which failed twice then app and call centre were not fit for purpose. Feel free to send on to your delivery partner.

Good experience
I purchased their Competition Plus Adjustable Bench. I was after a bench which would allow decline/incline whilst still maintain a rectangular shape similar to a competition bench for powerlifting.
I would say the build of the bench is to a very high standard and the versatility is satisfactory.

Not great at first but would recommend overall
Had some issues initially getting into contact with Again Faster over a few weeks to confirm the status of my order. I was informed by the customer service team they were having issues with the customer contact system when I completed my order hence the delay.
Once they got in touch, communication was great, order was shipped promptly and had some great after sale customer service to help me put the equipment together.

Extremely happy with my purchase, especially as it was markedly cheaper than competitors and feels as good as any commercial gym rack I've used.
Customer service was always prompt and very friendly. The equipment arrived in perfect condition, was easy (enough) to put together.

Lack of information, damaged parcel
I haven’t received an email regaring my again faster purchase I got an email only from DHL and every time I tried to track the order on the website it wasn’t updating the parcels whereabouts. When the package arrived the box was damaged and so the bar had debris on the side. The box for the barbell was torn and separated exposing the bar itself
