Delayed shipping and missing shoe...

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this store. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on March 4th. The website clearly stated that orders placed before 13:00 would be shipped the same day...

However, by March 6th the order had still not been shipped. I emailed customer service and was told the package would be picked up by the delivery service that same day. Unfortunately, nothing happened over the weekend, and the package was only actually shipped on Monday, March 9th.

When I went to pick up my package, I discovered there was just one shoe in the box?! :( I contacted customer service again, and they promised to send the missing shoe. I finally received the second shoe on March 19th, two weeks after the original order.

Despite the nice brands they carry, the whole experience has been frustrating: delayed shipping, incomplete order... I will never order from this store online again.

Wrong Product Delivered, Used Items Sold as New, No VAT Details Provided

Red Flags for Future Buyers:

1. Wrong Product: Ordered winter GORE-TEX blazer but received summer version. Owner admitted shipping "different model than pictured" but refused proper compensation.

2. Used Items Sold as New: Products guaranteed "brand new and unworn" arrived with visible wear marks and residue inside.

3. No VAT Numbers: Receipts lack required tax information, concerning for EU consumers regarding tax compliance.

4. No SKUs or Product Descriptions: Products listed without proper identification - impossible to verify what you're ordering.

5. False Public Claims: Owner posted Google response claiming "50% discount offered" - never happened in any correspondence.

6. Legal Threats: When requesting compensation, was accused of "extortion" and threatened with legal action.

7. Financial Loss: Paid €425.88 plus ¥8,500 import duties. Offered only €87.60 compensation for wrong product.

8. Pattern of Issues: Second problem order from this store. Regulatory complaints filed with Dutch authorities.

Warning: Without SKUs or proper product descriptions, you cannot verify what you're buying. If problems arise, expect intimidation rather than resolution.

I’m delighted with my experience ordering from this site! The customer service was quick and pleasant, and the selection of items is fantastic. I purchased a Monitaly jacket at a great price, and it arrived very quickly. Everything was perfect—I highly recommend this store and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Worst online experience

Worst online experience. Customer service unresponsive, literally had to email multiple times to get no solution. They modified my order due to some unavailable stocks online, used my 10% code and after almost 2 weeks holding the order told me the code is not applicable for that designer.

Until now, I asked for the shipping list of my order and never get them. What a joke

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, surreal. I bought a pair of sunglasses for Xmas to my sister. They were too big so exactly the same day (25dec), I sent them an email saying what was the procedure to return the item.

They didnt answer for a week so I emailed them again. No answer.

Today, 7th of January, they reply saying they are sorry for the late reply and this surreal text: We would start counting the 14-day return policy from the day you sent your first email (December 25th), notifying us about the return. The 14th day is today, so the window for a full refund has passed. You are still welcome to return the package and receive store credit so your sister can pick another gift from our website.

How am I supposed to return the item if it takes you 14 days to reply to a buyer?? What a ridiculous service. You’ve already lost a buyer.

Poor customer experience with online shop

Tried to buy online and saw that registering the newsletter granted you a -10% coupon code.

Registered to the newsletter, never received any code so i tried to contact the team to sort it out.

I Tried to use the online chat to contact, it never worked i was never able to send a message, tried to send an e-mail to the customer support which never replied.

Poor customer experience which made me not want to buy from the store even though the selection is quite interesting.

Edit: in the end i got a reply from the Instagram page CM which was nice
but the matter remains not solved.

What a scam

What a scam. If you are an international buyer don’t buy from these guys. They have a return policy of 14 days and i returned twi days “late”. I initiated the return 2 days after receiving the package. We are all well aware that international shipping is not the fastest. Please don’t buy from these guys as their terms are unfair and very rigid. Customer service is a town in Russia for these guys.

Poor customer service

Sent a jacket back after a week from Denmark and payed 36 Euro for the return. The package arrived one day late, due to the shipping company, so Afura refuse to give a refund.

Amazing experience due to a fault with the product I ordered

Amazing experience with the people who run Afura. I had an issue with a pair of Filling Pieces shoes, neither I or Afura could get Filling Pieces to take responsibility for the fault with their product.

Afura team gave me store credit for the amount the shoes cost me and they let me keep the shoes.

Excellent team and customer service.
