My problem was that my new laptop doesn't record music like it used to be. the whole department spent humongous effort trouble shooting for a month.
Finally i took everything to the workshop and this guy Zul xhecked thoroughly and found out the problem

Having issue with my computer and Mirza is very helpful. He/she responded to my issue and provide assistance for me to self help but to no avail. However, he/she even response to me and help me to submit a ticket for collection for the repair even on a Sunday afternoon and follow up till all are in order. Very good after sales service from AfterShock.

Had some questions to ask regarding the product and compatibility. The staff, Mirza answered the queries even during the off day (Sunday)!

My order was delayed very briefly and may have been due to a shortage of the GPU that was in the ready to ship model I bought. So it was upgraded at no extra cost or Aftershock even wanting credit. The PC is a solid build with quality parts. I had no idea it was shipping from Singapore when purchased, but that was no problem and if service support was required they do have their shop in Melbourne.
