I had an excellent experience working with After Hours Creative Studio and am incredibly grateful for the level of support they provided throughout my project.
I initially approached them for a relatively small quantity of high-end print work, and they went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a company. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was produced in a timely manner, and they were consistently helpful and responsive.
I dealt directly with Pete Saunders throughout the process, and I particularly want to recognise the level of service and support he provided. Pete was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating from start to finish.
What impressed me most, however, was the after-sales support. I encountered an issue getting the finished products cleared through customs in another country, and even though I had already paid in full and all of the goods had been produced and dispatched, Pete continued to support me without hesitation. He provided everything I asked for promptly and did everything he could to help resolve the situation.
That level of service says a great deal about both Pete and After Hours Creative Studio. They didn't simply complete the job and move on; Pete remained genuinely supportive when I needed assistance afterwards, even though the original work had already been completed.
