We have been working with Affinity for a number of years.

In the beginning we outsourced some regular bookkeeping jobs, and a few year-end accounts jobs.
Following the departure of some key members of staff during the Covid 19 pandemic, we began to outsource our company secretarial and payroll departments too.
They were a lifeline to us in a difficult time for the business when recruitment was impossible.

Their attention to detail is impeccable, and working papers are easy to follow.
We’ve managed to visit their office in India and were pleased to meet the team.
We see them as an extension of our own team in the UK.

We often recommend Affinity Outsourcing to other firms.

It was my first time of using Affinity. I met them at Accountex 2024 and after telling them what I was looking for, we agreed to an initial trial.

I must say that I was quite impressed with the detail and the quality of work that was produced. My account manager was very well skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I enjoyed the level of support and the customer service.

I would highly recommend that accounting firms use Affinity for their outsourcing services.

We have worked with Affinity now for over 6 years and have built a fantastic relationship with them. Dubious to use Outsourcing at first, we approached this with caution (it was only just becoming a popular method of working at that stage using this kind of service). However, i have found the team to be extremely hard working and taking on board any feedback to improve the overall experience for everyone. It takes time to build up this way of working, but the benefits certainly outweigh the cons.

Trust, confidentiality, quality of work were all in my mind as I embarked on this new (at that stage) of working for me. It took me a long, long time to eliminate those thoughts but Affinity were supportive, professional and a couple of years down the line I can't speak more highly of them. Work is received professionally and efficiently and in exactly the format I have requested. I'm constantly updated and I can't recommend them highly enough - if only I had engaged with them a lot earlier!!!!
