I recently worked with Affinity Care Advisory to help with my CQC registered manager interview. I honestly can't recommend them enough. From start to finish, their guidance was thorough. Sarah was fantastic shes incredibly knowledgeable and very supportive. She helped me prepare for my CQC interview with a mock session that really boosted my confidence. I am still in the process so this is not a full review yet but so far I have been impressed with the service provided. The process for writing my business plan has been very collaborative which means I am all over it and its my vision as opposed to generic off the shelf business plan which isn't particularly tailored for my company or my aspirations for my company. I am excited about what is to come and looking forward to working with my CQC coach

We contacted Affinity when we received a proposal for refusal from CQC and Tiffany got immediately on the case with prompt response given we only had 28days to get back to CQC. All documents were amended as requested and we are now CQC registered.
