I strongly suggest you do not buy from this company. Do not buy from afamilytees. I placed my order online and paid at the same time. Website says ships 5-21 days. Into that time period I received a email the item was shipped. I waited and waited , not uncommon for deliveries in the last year. The tracking number information shows the package was mailed, but never delivered. Afamilytees says they can not refund my money after 15 days of it being shipped and will not send a replacement. In fact they sent a email telling me I’m basically out of luck. Their number is automated with a runaround making it impossible to speak with a person. Was a big waste of my time and money. Don’t make my mistake. Buy somewhere else.

I ordered the patriotic butterfly and Meemaw on a gold shirt. I received it less than 10 days. I love it. Very satisfied with the shirt.

My first order was for navy tees. They printed in black. Couldn't read. They then did white. Looks great and quality is good. Unfortunately, they have no quality control. The Poppysaurus shirts says "grandma", not grandpa. Went back and checked the navy shirt and same thing. When I try to file a claim I receive a message that my order number is incorrect. Impossible to connect with a live person on the phone. That is not an option! This has been a most frustrating experience. Sad to say, once I get the correct shirt it will be my last order.

Terrible customer service!!! Do not use this company. Took 5 weeks to receive a sub-quality poorly printed tote bag. This was gift. They missed their delivery time by 2 weeks and when it arrived it had smudge marks. We asked for a refund and was told that they would print another one and send it. Absolutely recommend to stay away from this poorly run company.

I was very pleased with my order. The quality of the print was good. My only critique is I wish the fabric was softer. I'll order again from this company.

Covid or no Covid. Ordered over a

Absolutely love my tee and tote. Didnt see what i wanted on ad but after i commented i got a reply that they could make the one i wanted! Boom! Done and love it!!

60% of the process was good. The inability to speak with or text too someone was quite frustrating. I ordered a t shirt for my wife and she said I should order one for me. I tried to combine the orders to take advantage of the free shipping, but was not able to do so. Also, even more frustrating was the Large was very small compared to other Large shirts I own.

I wish it could have arrived earlier, but when it did arrive, my wife was very pleased.

I was very impressed with this company’s creative options for shirt designs and their response time when I was ordering my items. I was also impressed with the company’s great reviews which is why I placed an order with them. However, I am far less impressed with their customer service response now that my order is late. I placed the order on April 2 and have yet to receive it. When I inquired on 4/18 as to when it would arrive, I was told it would ship out on 4/2 which is the date I placed the order! I would not recommend this company as they keep putting me off.

I ordered two shirts and they arrived in the projected time. The shirt quality and print quality was excellent. I highly recommend A Family Tees.

I ordered a shirt and when I received it, it had some spots on it. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation and they sent me a new one. I received it less than 2 weeks.

T-Shirt was exactly as ordered! The size fit perfectly! You don't know how many t-shirts I've ordered from other companies only to not have them fit! I love these shirts from Afamilytees! I will be ordering more in the future!

I bought a cover for my iPhone. My grandkids call me Ama and I cannot find my name anywhere. I asked if they had, “ I Love Being An Ama” and was told Yes. I placed the order, and it arrived within less than 2 weeks. I love the color and the figures on the cover. I am so glad I found “AFamilytees”. I can’t wait to show my grandkids!

I ordered a gnome shirt and still haven’t received it. I checked the tracker and it has been in Memphis TN since February 3rd. I can’t get anyone to answer my emails or talked to me on the phone. I WILL NOT be recommending this company to anyone. I had mentioned this to other grandmothers and they were interested in ordering but I will call them and tell them not to because they will never get their shirt

I just love my gnomes Mimi tee shirt! I could barely wait for it to come! It is so bright and I love the gnome! I have seen a few more that I might get! It came at a reasonable time,and a good price!
