My gates randomly close around mid day every Sunday. We are a venue, so this causes huge problems. AES wont talk to me because they say the installer needs to fix the problem, but he is unable to find any reason for this as the programming is correct. So we are left with gates that close every Sunday..... I would not use an AES product again, their customer service is terrible.

I have so much trouble with my intercom, in that it only works about once in every 10 attempts. It claims to be online but I am faced with a blank screen and no control.

I had reason to ask a minor technical question concerning the recent installation of some electric gates and Rhys from the AESglobal technical department gave me invaluable assistance. I would certainly recommend this company.

I have two of the Pretorian guard gate entry systems. From day 1 they have never worked. After over two years of problem after problem and countless visits from both the installer and the supplier, installing new WiFi outdoor point, getting one of the units changed etc etc they are still not fully reliable. I have now given up any hope of getting them to work as designed. Expensive junk in my experience.

Its always a pleasure dealing with the AES team, very knowledgeable, understanding and happy to explain things no matter how basic things needs to be broken down and explained!

We have recently moved in to a new house which has an AES gate installed and we had to input a new SIM card and set up etc.

There were lots of issues due to wires being knocked and displaced by the old owners. Luke was brilliant at talking me through each step to fix it and immediately troubleshoot the problems. The gates are working fine now.

I have no connection to the company.
I am a retired MD of a construction company in Bristol. So I know all to well how important technical support is for installed equipment.

It was the first time I set up an AES Intercom. The default settings and configuration were easy, but I got stuck with the advanced settings. Through the support chat, they helped me perfectly and took the necessary time to explain everything to me. Professional and helpful. Everything works perfectly now. Many thanks. I recently moved into a new home which had an AES gate system in place.
Initially clueless about how to get this switched over from the former owners to myself, I eventually found the AES wesbite and reached out to their technical team via the online chat.

I then benefited from superb and prompt help from Luke in the tenchial team who truly went above and beyond to help me get set up and even navigated me through things step by step on the phone. It was some of the best customer service I've ever received. I'd really like to thank him for his care - he is a real asset to AES.

The actual product seems great too and I'm enjoyed having the gates system in place.

Recently had an iGate Plus fitted to the electric entry gates where i live. To ensure that i the iGate was set up correctly i contacted AES Technical department , more specifically a guy called Luke who couldn't have been more helpful. He made sure that the unit was set up correctly and that i was confident with it.
