Do not buy this product. The company is dreadful. Had to get Visa involved to get a refund. Their customer service is appalling. They are scammers. Stay well away

Ordered an airfyer however they were out of stock and asked if I wanted an alternative item. I did not but was unable to send an email to the address given. After some time I discovered an alternative address, told them I did not want the larger airfryer and asked for a full refund as they were unable to supply the item ordered. They were happy to do this but charged me £15 for cancelling.

Excellent service, fast delivery. Lovely surprise gift of a beautiful umbrella . Thank you .

Commande reçue rapidement, fonctionne très bien mais le revêtement des grilles des bacs s'en va. J'ai contacté le SAV par mail 3 fois et je n'ai jamais eu de retour de leur part.
Du coup air fryer à la poubelle, et on a commandé un Ninja qui est une valeur sûre.
A fuir même si il fonctionne bien.

Not long had this about 6 uses and it blew up. Blew all the fuses. Frightened the life out of me. Don't buy they are poorly made to have done this in such a short time.

I bought this Air fryer from this company first when I got it out of the box the drawer was out of alignment. the finish of the machine was so poor I was worried it was a fire Risk have tried at least 20 times or more to get my money back. every email I get is we will give you a new machine. I would be scared use it also operating and safety instructions state this appliance is not intended to be used in household they are laughing at us.

This product we bought just before Christmas, because my husband had put incorrect address Evri sent this back to Aerofry, dispite advising Evri our correct address. To date we have emailed ‘Paddy’ 4 times, said they wait for parcel then will send us product or refund less £35 when they receive parcel. We paid £148.00 Christmas present to ourselves Dec 2024. Either way it is a no win situation for the customer, this so called company should be banned they are SCAMMERS- DO NOT BUY!!!!!

wat heb ik hiervan geleerd? nooit meer onbekend kopen op de site lijkt het fantastisch. Ik ga ook zoveel mogelijk lawaai maken! NIET KOPEN! ben erook in getrapt. Mensen gewoon via de bekende Nederlandse veilige sites kopen!!! en bekende merken aanschaffen of bijvoorbeeld beste getest. Ninja Tefal Philips BK alles is goed, zelfs bij Kruidvat action of de Lidl krijg je betere kwaliteit voor budgetprijs. Ik heb hier 180 voor betaald; ook schandalig duur!! kan je een Phillips voor kopen!!! NIET KOPEN!!!

I purchased an air fryer from Aerofry (aerofry.co.uk), and while the product itself works okay, the after-sales service is quite disappointing. Communication is difficult, as they only respond via email, and even then, it’s inconsistent. Returning items seems nearly impossible due to unclear processes and extra costs for shipping back to China. To top it off, there’s little to no warranty information provided. Overall, the product is decent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Nach Erhalt des Gerätes stellte ich fest, dass ein Schublade recht stark klemmt. Einen Rücksendeschein habe ich trotz mindestens zehn Versuchen, einen Kontakt zum Unternehmen zu bekommen, nicht erhalten. Es kam, unabhängig vom Text meiner Nachricht, immer die Antwort "Bild schicken". Habe irgendwann aufgegeben und eine Ninja gekauft. Musste feststellen, dass Aerofry kein europäisches Unternehmen ist, sondern seinen Sitz in China hat, obwohl der Anschein erweckt werden soll, es sei ein europäisches Unternehmen. Kontakt zum "Service" kommt nicht zustande. Rücksendung ist unmöglich, selbst wenn man es selbst bezahlen würde, da nur die ausliefernde Spedition mit Anschrift feststellbar ist. Dort kümmert sich jedoch niemand um eine Anfrage. Ich bin also um den Kaufpreis (220,-€) betrogen worden. Das Gerät steht jetzt seit einem Jahr original verpackt im Keller und wartet auf Entsorgung. Kann nur hoffen, dass niemand mehr auf Aerofry hineinfällt.

Achat assez laborieux. Aerofry arrivé dans les temps après paiement des frais de douane. Après réclamation auprès du site et envoi du justificatif de paiement des dits frais, remboursement sur mon compte cb.
La prise du cordon électrique n'étant pas adaptée pour la France, j'ai ré-écrit au vendeur. Il m'a accordé un dédommagement une somme de 5 euro, également remboursée sur mon vompte Cb. En ce qui concerne la documentation en français, elle m'a bien été envoyée par mail. Pour la facture, j'ai eu droit à une pro-forma sans mention de TVA !
Pour l'utilisation, il est correct, mais je ne suis pas certaine que cet air fryer vaut 199 euro...

This company will not except returns , they state that the product must be returned to China at your expense. Avoid at all costs .

Geben vor aus UK zu sein - Bezahlung geht aber nach China. Es gibt kein Impressum, nur eine Mailadresse, bei der man lange auf sinnlose Antwort wartet - keine Hilfe, keine Rückgabe und irgendwann passiert gar nichts mehr. ! FINGER WEG !

Bought an aerofry duel drawer as it had really good ratings. Had a bulb go after a few months. Contacted aerofry and they sent me a new bulb. It's impossible for me to change as the whole thing has to come apart and wires cut and soldered. They won't help now.

Reçu ma commande ce jour avec des frais de douane avec une prise anglaise et un documentation en anglais seulement. Cela ressemble à une escroquerie . Je vous déconseille cette société. J’aurais du lire les avis avant mon achat que je regrette déjà même avant utilisation

WARNING Do not buy this piece of garbage! Almost caused electrical fire. Mine blew up within 4 months and they don't respond to anything. There is a big burn mark and melted plastic on my power point. There is no support for customers at all.

Reçu 5 jours après la commande colis livré après avoir réglé les taxes de douane ???non mentionné à la commande et en plus la fiche électrique est de norme anglaise je regrette mon achat trop vite effectué suite à la lecture d’un faux site de comparaison. En conclusion fuyez!!!

C'est une arnaque. Je commande, paye et immediatement demande l'annulation de la vente.
Impossible de récupérer ce que j'ai versé avec pour motif, le colis a ete expédié, je le refuse et il n'arrive jamais en retour.
ATTENTION
