Amazing products!! Great for my daughter

I was very pleased with the fast delivery and how well it was packaged. I also received a very quick response when I had a query about the hoop and the accessories, even with pictures to explain things.

Recently bought this for my granddaughter and was very pleased: the hoop was very well packaged and did not require my granddaughter to wrap it in the tape (as it was already pre-wrapped), it also included extra tape, as she will need it in the future.
It came quite fast, almost a week after we ordered it, which is quite fast considering it was shipped from the UK to the United States.
Was extremely pleased and would definitely order from here again!!

I've used AerialHoops.co.uk a few times now, and also had to contact their customer service when I had a concern about the product I received (the concern turned out to be a misconception on my part). I'm really impressed with them - the products are good quality and fairly priced, customer service was swift, polite and reassuring, and delivery is fast. I've purchased their hoops, swivels, and hoop tapes, and been impressed with all - especially the hoop tape, it's the best on the market at the moment.

I had no idea what to order for my gf but Nicola talked me through the best options. Very helpful and lovely to deal with. Order placed an arrived in a couple of days.

Fast shipping & delivery, my hoop arrived very well packaged! So well, it took forever to unwrap! But no complaints, everything arrived in perfect condition.
Hoop was pre-taped which was very useful, so I could start using it right away.

I only wish this company also provided 2-point hoops as well as a wider range of caribiners / swivels for greater choice.

Almost a year to the day since I bought my first hoop, I'm back for a tabless, slightly smaller hoop and a longer strop so I can work on some different moves at home. As before the items were posted out promptly and well packaged, the hoop arrived well taped and protected with foam.
