He arrived on time was very polite & helpful.

Due to bad interference on our television sets, we contacted Aerial Express. They replied immediately, saying that an engineer would call us the following morning, giving a time slot.
The engineer arrived on time. After finding the problem he set about doing everything necessary to get our televisions back to normal. He was excellent. Never stopping until he sure all was okay. Highly recommended!

Everything fully explained and good advice given on other aspects. Task performed quickly and everything checked out perfectly

The engineer was polite and arrived within the timeframe he provided.
CHecked system and also areas other aerial engineers missed, identified an issue and made sugegstions to rectify the issues. The rectifcations were expediated quicklky and the problem identified of one channel not receiving signal. Price was not excessive for the work

We had Carlos looking into why our televisions were pixelating so much suddenly. He did a thorough job checking the tvs, in the loft and the aerial on the roof. He installed a new aerial, checked everything again and it’s now perfect. Thanks Carlos because now retired we watch more television and now we can again.

Engineer was a lovely chap. He was professional and explained what the issues were and how they were rectified. Considering the mayhem and mess the previous home owners left the wiring in the engineer was careful to rewire but professionally

Very professional and polite. Also very tidy and no mess. I would recommend this company 💯 percent ...

I had a problem with getting a signal on the TV. Found this number. I was told that someone would be out today. 1 hour and 14 mins later I had a call to say to expect a visit within 10 mins. The expert had to fit a LNB attachment. Works perfectly 👌

Excellent service. Engineer called ahead to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. Was informative about what he was doing, what the problem was with my aerial and clear about what needed to be done and the cost involved. Engineer was friendly and polite. I now have perfect TV reception. Very happy, can't fault the service.
